Moteurs, Action - Hard to get in?

Hi everyone,

On Sunday, June 12 we have a ps at the Sci Fi Diner for lunch, and we should be done by 12:45.

We want to meet friends to see the new Moterus, Action show, but it starts at 1 p.m.

Is there a chance we could meet our friends somewhere (where in that area?), and slip into the show five minutes before it starts?

It looks like there is another show at 3:55. Is that going to fill up or sell out or whatever, with fastpasses, long before show time? I'd like to save our fastpasses that afternoon for RnR or ToT.

Hi,

Well, we went to a 6:00 show the day after it opened (Friday, May 6) and walked in about 5:55.

Having said that, I think the parks are will be much more crowded next week than they were in early May, so give it a try.

The stands are huge. You may get in at the last minute but you probably won't have a good seat.

We just went to MGM over Memorial Weekend on Saturday for Star Wars. Since there were only 3 shows for the car show they give out fast passes but they are not counted against any other fast passes you get since there are so few shows. This came directly from the person in charge at the theater. Warning though, it is very crowded with most people having fast passes but at least you will definately get in the fast pass and the theater is huge. The show is GREAT!!!!!!

This show really is great and a don't miss while you are there !! My husband was the one who really really needed to see it and I thought I would be bored but found myself pleasantly suprised during the show.

I can confirm you can get a FastPass for this attraction while you are holding a fastpass for any other attraction. I would also reccomend you using the FastPass. We went to the 1pm show and the FastPAsses almost filled up the large stadium. They let all the standby people in as the show was starting. There were not a lot of seats left for them compared to the fast pass sections.

We were also at MGM this past Sat and had FP for the 3:55 show. The FP was picked up about 12:55 and said the return time was 3:15-3:25. It also said that you could also enter the show with the FP anytime up until 10 min. prior to show (I believe). Anyway, it was a huge mob scene. We go to the entrance at about 3:35 or so and there were hundreds of people in front of the attraction. You coudn't tell where the actual entrance was much less the FP line. We were baking in the sun and I'm sure the I-Need-MY-Personal-Space people were freaking out because there was none. Then a CM is yelling (which was barely audible) that the FP line was on the far right. Getting to the right side of the mob was an adventure in itself! We finally made it into the stadium. By the way - FP'ers walked in along with stand by so there was really no advantage.

It's a huge seating capacity - I think someone said 3K. We baked another 10 or 15 min before the show started (late). And it was not that amazing of a show. Too much explanation of how each stunt is set up. They could cut out about 10 min of it and it would be enough.

In my opinion, Disney needs to really work fast to work out the kinks on this show before the summer crowds hit. The lines for entering was completely out of control. I even noticed a huge gap of roped off space that could have been utilized to queue everyone up.

There are the smallest of fans in the seating area. Granted, the stadium is somewhat covered, but not completely. Larger industrial fans, would be more appropriate (or more of the smaller fans).

I love just about everything Disney - and although LMA is not the worst thing in the world, I think Disney can do this one better with just a little tweaking.
