ashurii, the reason you probably cant find it is because its in Stanton not Anaheim...Katella and Harbor Ave go through several cities...there is only one review on Trip Advisor and its not good...if $$ is tight, why dont you try Alpine inn or Best Value Astoria...rates are really cheap and good reviews...Alpine is actually listed as #11 on trip advisor :goodvibes ...heres the links for ya

good luck :thumbsup2

I don't know how locked in you are for this reservation, but there is only one review for it on tripadvisor, and it is a very bad review. If you are looking for a budget motel near DL, we have stayed at the Super 8 on Katella several times. Our rates have always been less than $60, our room has always been clean, the staff have always been friendly, and it's walking distance to DL so you save on parking or shuttle.

Anaheim Plaza usually has an online rate of $59, and it's across the street from DL.

thank you very much.. i changed my reservation to a super 8 right on disneyland dr and even got a better deal...

thanks for the help...

Motel 6 on Katella was the worst hotel experience of my life.

Extremely noisy and we had stuff stolen most likely by the staff.

Have stayed at the Super 8 several times and always been pleased.

I stayed at this hotel last year for the same reason-saving money. I wish I had sold blood or eggs(-or something) and sprung for a different hotel. The front office staff did not speak english, the room was not clean, the hotel is a half an hour walk from Disney land. I could go on and on. The only good part of our stay was that we noticed if you went up to the roof we had a decent view of the fireworks.

I like nice hotels at Motel 6 prices, so I use Priceline. I got the Doubletree in Orange last March with a $46 bid. (I also got the Hyatt for $27/night in 2003, but it doesn't go that cheaply any longer.) Go to www.biddingfortravel.com and read the Hotel FAQ before attempting to bid your first time.
