Most trusted car service from LAX to DL?

We used Lansky transportation just last week. Our driver met up just prior to Bag Claim with a name sign. He helped us with our bags and we walked over to the car which was parked in the garage. NOTE: my Mom has trouble walking and the walk from the terminal to the car parked in the parking garage was difficult for her to do after getting off a 3 hour flight. I asked the driver about stopping at a grocery store and he offered Target or Trader Joes. I asked for Trader Joes. We stopped there and after 15 minutes he came in looking for us. We were in the checkout line and he waited and carried our bags to the car. He did not offer water as others have indicated. On the return trip, our driver arrived 5 minutes early.

My only suggestion is that they send a confirmation notice regarding pick ups. Super shuttle sends a text about 30 minutes prior to pick up with your driver's name and pick up time. I would have liked that from Lansky! However, they provided a great service and I would recommend them to others.
