I was also in the shooting of the commercial for the opening of Big Thunder and we spent 10 hours filming... riding over and over until the director was happy with the footage he had.
In the Winter of '01-'02, we had AP's and were in the parks 2 or 3 nights per week. On those nights, we would often do Pinocchio and Snow White several times over before leaving...maybe 5 times each? All probably within an hour.
We rode POTC probably as many as 5 times in one night, but not in a row. We've probably done HM that many times in one night, too...again, not in a row (usually back and forth between the two).
I don't think I've done anything more than 2 or 3 times in a row (PRobably Buzz Lightyear, trying to improve my score, and TSM just because the line was short.) I do recall seeing a story where some hapless radio producer got roped into riding It's a Small World 50 times in a row, and chronicling the resulting descent into madness. Not sure the link still exists though...
DD rode the tea cups 6 times in a row last trip with my dad and DH. I was able to complete one spin on them! She loves the tea cups. There was no line so they would get off, walk around and get right back on. She only stopped because she needed to go to the bathroom! She was not quite 3 that trip. We'll see what number we get to this time!
Has to be the Maliboomer on Labor Day. I was on my Solo Budget "Goodbye to the Maliboomer" Trip and Maliboomed all day long. I considered it my own personal Maliboomer-a-thon
Final count was 24. Wanted to make it 25, but the line was closed off for WOC closure when I exited after the 24th.
July 4 2006 we did Splash 3 times in a row without gettting off... It was while the fireworks were on and so no-one else riding, we got to see the fireworks from the top of splash and we got that perfect photo...
This year (August) we rode it twice with no queues during F! We had to get off though as there was a steady stream of people going through...We once again got that perfect photo with just us in a log to ourselves... (Splash photo is somewhat of a tradition for us)
