On two occasions, I got to chat with CMs that went way over my expectations to help me. Both are bilingual and their names are Juan and Merrit. Of course, I sent guest services notes making sure I brought it to their attention!

So if anyone is having problems with CMs at CRO, try to get a hold of any of these polite, good people. I am sure that if you let them know that you heard good things about them and are willing to also send a note to guest services praising their efforts, they will reward you with the same hospitality and courtesy.

Although I have never encountered rude CMs at CRO, I have dealt with CMs that didn't go over and beyond bending over backwards to help me. But these two are definitely not that type and it is certainly worth giving them a try!

I dealt with two great CMs at CRO just the other day....I think the name of one of them was Cora. Couldn't be nicer.

Yes, I've been very fortunate in that I've gotten some really great CM's to work with. Some have been brand new and just learning, others have been with disney for a long time. The last CM I spoke with said that they have just hired 160 new CM's, so things must be picking up a little. Also, she was located in the Tampa office and didn't always get a chance to visit wdw regularly to keep up with what was going on in the parks...it's fun to chat with them and most of them will share their disney experiences with you. Makes you smile all day :)

I have enjoyed talking with most of the CM's. I feel like I get just a little pixie dust to hold me over until I can get there in person. Once I got a CM with a chip on his shoulder the size of Mount Rushmore.

About 2 weeks ago I talked to one named "Regis". His wife wasn't Joy, instead her name was "Cottontail". I was told that they were all renamed once they were hired to work in CRO.

Of course I sent an e-mail to guest relations singing his praises.
I beleive in giving a person credit for a job well done.:)
