Hi there, I was wondering what you all thought of my situation........For our Oct trip my DH will be attending seminars in the AM for the first 3 days of our 9 day trip. We are staying at BWI so we will be close to alot of attractions. I am very experienced with WDW, however this will be my first trip with our girls. Sooooooo, do you think I will be able to walk around Epcot with them in the mornings and not be too overwhelmed watching them both?? I thought I could stroll the Boardwalk and Epcot and keep rides to a minimum or none at all. Too much work without DH???? I know in the Land somewhere they have a cookiebaking activity for the tots and the World Showcase has all the Kid spots too?? Any thoughts on what to do with the girls in the mornings???? Any tips welcomed.......What about going over to Swan/Dolphin, anything to do over there???? Thanks, Vanessa

Make sure to have a double stroller!!! You don't want to be carrying 2 kids. You could do some of the tamer rides-- Spaceship earth, the land, etc. I don't know if the 2 yr old can do the cookie baking. CHeck on the age limits for that. Good luck.

I would think as long as you have a double stroller you would be fine to go in to the parks. I wouldnt do too much though, you would rather have dh along for the memories. Maybe go do a ride or two, grab a mid-morning breakfast/lunch somewhere, and then go back to the room for some quiet time before dh gets back?

I know there is a playground at the swan/dolphin, and there is always the pool, walking along the boardwalk, getting some brkfst at the boardwalk bakery, riding the boat down to mgm and back would probably be an excursion for kids that age!

Have FUN!

I have been taking my dd's alone to WDW since they were 1 and 3yo and it is a great place to vacation as the solo parent with kids. Think of it this way, you take them to the mall, movies, playdates etc - you can definately take them to disney. You don't even have to drive anywhere!

You can do either Epcot or MGM just by taking the bus or walking. I am sure you will have a double stroller and for the boat you will have to take the kids out but you can, most times, leave the stroller open with your stuff inside.

Most things you would want to do, ride or see you can do with 3 - even rides.

Go for it, if you have more specific questions feel free to ask.
