Morning/afternoon crowds on Evening EMH day

We are staying offsite and trying to use the advice of avoiding EMH parks to plan our days. I got an 8:20am Be Our Guest reservation for an early entrance before I realized MK has 10pm-12am Extra Magic Hours that day. Would the morning/daytime crowds be super busy on an evening EMH day? This is also last week of March Spring Break if that makes any difference.

MK will be more crowded on that day than on a non-EMH day, but we're probably talking a one or two point difference in crowd levels. With your BoG ADR, you can get into MK at 8:00 and they'll let you into BoG at that time. Finish with breakfast before 9:00 and head to 7DMT or PP, whichever you goal is to get done first, and you'll be a step ahead of the crowds all day. Just watch the hours and be sure they don't change them to an 8:00 opening. If they do that, you'll lose any and all advantage you have and be BEHIND the crowds all day.

MK is always busy, just tends to be a bit busier on evening EMH days. You might need to be a little bit more patient than on other days as the waits will be slightly longer and the pathways slightly more congested. I wouldn't consider it to normally be "super busy" though as compared to a non-EMH day.

When we went on EMH days, the EMH themselves weren’t too busy (there were definitely people but it wasn’t bad) but adding those hotel guests to the regular crowds made it pretty crowded and the lines were pretty long (this was in August by the way).
