I have yet to see my e-certificate. I have now sent 2 e-mails to comments@tupperware.com and have only received automated responses that they would be "responding to my inquiry soon."
I guess that my and their interpretation of "soon" differ.
I would love to get these points every so often, but I have not had a positive first experience.
