More than 1 Palo reservation on a long (TA) cruise?

I know for more standard cruises you can book Palo on night one and another night. But what about long cruises? I'm sure I'll only be able to book one inner and brunch prior to arrival for the ship, but can we add nights that aren't sold out once onboard?

You can always add more if they are available once on board regardless of the length of the cruise.

We have done Palo for dinner multiple times on multiple cruises.
