I know I am becoming a real pain but all of you are so helpful, and my son has left for the weekend to be with his father, and my husband is working night shift so I really have nothing better to do. LOl. I know that in previous posts, i said that we would be going September 8-18th well we had to change and are now going September 15-25th. Now my question is I see that the parks tend to stay open later in October. Is October a good time to go crowd wise and for tent camping? We were down last year in September and stayed at the Movies, I loved being able to just walk on most of the rides with no wait time (except toy story). Will it still be like this?

TIA
Rachel

In my opinion, crowd wise and tent camping are both a yes, :thumbsup2
We dont tent camp anymore,,but the weather (to me) seems to suitable to tent.

And the fishing tends to be fine in Oct. too:woohoo:

October should be a little cooler & further out from hurricane season. Parks are probably open a little later due to halloween crowds. Don't forget to get tickets to MNSSHP if you can.

Also, if you have room to pack, bring some halloween decorations.

We will be there also the first week of October.
