I know it's been discussed on here many times, but I have a couple of questions on tipping.

Food and beverage is covered with the service charge, so I'm set with that. I'm comfortable not tipping Randy, because he owns his own business and it's just him.

My question is in regard to Patricia LeJeune. I know she owns her own business, so the standard that applies to Randy should apply to her. My concern is her staff. Should I be tipping anyone she brings with her the day of my wedding? What has everyone else done in this situation?

Thoughts on tipping the violinist? Did you?

TIA! :goodvibes

Even for those that own their own company, I still believe in showing some appreciation - a gift card/gift basket.

Maybe a little of both for Patricia and her staff...a little gift for her and tip/gift for her associates?

Just wanted to say congratulations & you will love RANDY!!!!!

We used him for our wedding as well!

you should ALWAYS tip your hairdresser.

I had beaute speciale and the owner Ana and one of her employees came and i gave them each 30.00 for me and my mom. I think MIL gave them each 10.

we gave the violinist 20.00

the limo driver got 10.00 because he was horrible - late picking everyone up and on his cell phone the entire time

we gave our wedding consultant 50.00

we had the dps photographer so we didn't tip him

for the cabs taking people to the dessert party they all got around 5.00 or so, they were also horrible, took everyone to the wrong place

then our private car driver we gave 20.00 because he was really nice and made an extra stop for us.
