More questions about Hoop Dee Doo

My hubby and I went to this dinner show in 1992 during our honeymoon. I guess we must have loved it because my in-laws remember us talking non stop about it. We are taking my in-laws to FL for their 1st vacation... really!

Our 1st week we are doing the Busch Gardens Tampa / beaches type of thing... Disney Doesn't start until the Sunday of our 2nd week. (save the best for last right?)

We are staying off site in a friends 5 bedroom home.

Now we are getting to the questions.
1) If we are not staying on-site and actually have not started our Disney vacation can we drive into the Wilderness Lodge and park?

2) How much will parking be?

3)How early should we get there?

4)Can we ride the shuttle to the Pioneer Hall even if we are not using Disney Tickets yet? (some of them will not purchase tickets until we are actually ready to go in on Sunday as we have GAD vouchers to turn in. This adr will be for the Wednesday before we start the real Disney part)

Hoop de Doo is not at Wilderness Lodge. It's at Fort Wilderness Campground. This is not inside the theme parks so no worries about the tickets.

Fort Wilderness has lots of (free) parking as you enter the grounds. From there, an internal bus will take you to Pioneer Hall.

As far as getting through MK parking area, I am not entirely sure since we' never stayed off-site but I think if you go to one of the parking attendants on the right and tell them where you are going, it won't be an issue. Someone will correct me if I am wrong. But you do not need to go through the MK entrance, possibly, it depends where you are coming from. You might want to mapquest directions (or use one them there newfangled GPSs ) from where you'll be to: 4510 N. Ft. Wilderness Trail, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-1000.

We arrive about an hour in advance.
