The Evergreens restaurant is situated right next to the pool. I call it the Mickey Pool because it's shaped like Mickey's head. They serve hotdogs, burgers, pizza, tuna melts and things of that nature. The portions are big. Also, this is the sports bar and serves drinks. You can take the pizza out if you wanted to. Pri es are very reasonable too. The Garden Gallery is close to the lobby and down a flight of steps. The restaurant itself is made up of several rooms and the final room actually has the buffet of food in it. You will probably need to have your server show you where the food is. Pay attention to where your sitting, you can almost get lost on our way back if your seated in one of the rooms away from the food. The night I ate dinner there they had pork, ham, roast beef, mashed potatos, two different veggies, a soup & salad bar, lots of fresh fruit and a dessert table. Dinner was $12.50 each for adults, not sure what they charge for kids. You can eat all you want at the buffet or order Al la carte off the menu. Breakfast buffet costs $7.50 and again you can eat till you burst. I would recommend ordering the buffet because the wait for Al la carte was long. The new Italian restaurant is right across from the Garden Gallery and it physically looks completed. Maybe they are in the process of hiring people to work in it. I'm sure it will be open soon, I didn't bother to ask.
I'm not real sure what time the buses start running but if you have PS seating at 7:40, then no doubt the bus will get you there before that. When you check in the person at the desk will give you a package that has a map in it plus everything that explains what you need to know. I know for sure that the buses run every 15 minutes. The buses can also accomodate wheel chairs for anyone needing one. I was very satisfied with the bus system. No problems with that at all.
Seeing that you are going over Memorial Day weekend it might be crowded. Holidays usually are. If you know that going in, then you can handle the crowds. The crowds for us weren't that bad really. A few times, I bumped into someone and appologized immediately. Most people just smiled and said don't worry about it. People are generally in such great spirits that the little things don't bother them.
