More inferno code problems...

So the code worked finally, and guess what it gives a one time use inferno magic, not the one star unlimited like the Disney Movie Rewards states. Now we have to contact VMK Contact link again! Everyone please send in this problem to them so they fix it.

Seems like whoever was resetting the codes in VMK selected the Single-Use Inferno instead of the 1* Unlimited Use Inferno! >_<

As ShoreBoy said, send a message to Contact Us asking them to replace the item in your inventory with an unlimited use inferno.

I just sent my message into the contact link on the main VMK site for the third time. This time telling them that the code actually worked finally, but it gave the wrong item. Instead of a unlimited one star Dancing Inferno Magic Pin it gave a one time use Dancing Inferno Magic Pin. I hope they fix this soon. I want to use inferno so bad!

I had the same problem. Imagine my surprise when the pin was a single use! I used the contact us to discuss the problem as well. I think it would be a good idea not to use the single use pin so you have some sort of proof as well.

Unlimited-use inferno makes your VMK character red hot.", and this "Dancing Inferno is one of the most sought-after Magic Pins in Virtual Magic Kingdom. Now this single star Dancing Inferno magic can be yours! Just place on your VMK character and activate. Now you're on fire -- talk about being the envy of the Kingdom!" I hope they realize there mistake, and fix this right away because the one time use mistake pin I got expires in 7 days. I sent in a letter to the contact link.

Of course to me, "single star" does not mean single use If they are truly giving single use, then their description needs to be changed big time and the cost reduced by about 600 points

I too had this problem when I put my code into the game. I got a single use inferno pin. However, I am trying to contact VMK and I don't know how to tell them. I went to the contact us form. I selected that I have a problem with a secret code and it then asked for the code. I put it in and then that was it. They did not ask me for anything else.

Can someone tell me how you were able to detail how it was the wrong award?
