We will only have one day (looks like it will be Sat, Aug 7) to do disney parks -- we're going to limit it to Epcot and MGM. We would like to see the Fantasmic show, but since we need to make every minute count for that day, what do you recommend -- trying to get a dinner package? and then go to what show? Or should we skip the dinner package (in order to do more rides, attractions, etc.) and just try to get a decent seat before showtime? Which show would be least crowded, and how early should we get there in order to get a good seat?

Also, would it be worthwhile to go to early entry at MGM that day to do Tower of Terror, and then try to get to Epcot early to do Test Track, and the other popular rides? Then got back to MGM in the evening?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I'd say don't do the dinner package, just be at Fantasmic about 30-40 minutes before showtime. Try to go on a night when there's multiple showings and then go see the later showing.

As for your day schedule, EMH is a good idea so you can experience the big attractions at MGM, so do that for an hour or two and then head to Epcot.

I too say skip the dinner package...the seats are over to one side, and you can actually get a better seat, without the high pricey dinner, by arriving about 30 or so minutes early for the second show. I too would go to MGM early, get right on your favorite rides, then head to EPCOT for TT fastpasses, then try MS if you like(or dare!), do what you want there, then head back over to MGM to catch whatever else you want, or maybe even get fastpasses if they are left. If you need some relaxation time, take the water taxi between the two parks(about a 30 minute trip), otherwise driving would be your fastest mode of transportation. Have a great time!

Thanks for your advice. It sounds like the late show is our best bet. By the way, what time would that be? Also, what's "MS"?

Probably 10:30, but check the schedule. MS means Mission:Space(the ride)
