more DVC help!!

I was wondering...what can you expect to get for %rates for financing a resale and for how long can you expect the term to be?

Also, would it pay to buy extra points and then rent them out? I saw some big point sales for a smaller amount of $/pp and wondered how much one usually gets for renting out their unused points? Maybe this is a way to help pay for a DVC timeshare?
