More Dining Slots Available at LTT for MVMCP

I called this morning, and more dining slots were released for 12/1 because of the 60 day window. I was offered a 5:40 ressie at LTT. I turned it down for a 5:10 at CRT. hth someone!

I've never been before for MVMCP, this yr will be my first time. I've been doing as much reading as possible on it though. I am under the impression that the park will close before MVMCP starts. I also got the impression that LTT would be open for dinner during this "closed" time. Since you got a 5:10 at CRT, would this lead me to believe that CRT will also be opened during this "closed" time. I plan to go to MVMCP on 12/8 and the 60 day window is 10/9 and I would really like to get CRT for dinner, but I don't want to miss any of the party. Do you think that you will be in the park for the "closed" time or will you have to leave after dinner and come back in at 7pm?

If the pattern of the past few years continues, you will be able to stay in the park (actually the restaurant) until the party begins. A CM will exchange your MVMCP tickets in the restaurant for a bracelet.

Of course, no one knows for sure what will happen this year. I'm waiting to see some reports from those who attend MNSSHP. Disney will probably handle MVMCP events the same way.

While it's nice to be able to stay in the park, it's also fun to enter at opening with the "crowds". We've done both. There's nothing like the trip up Main Street in the "snow". You'll have a great time, no matter what you end up doing!

That's great news! I can call Friday AM for ressies at the 12/3 MVMCP! I was going to try for Tony's or CRT but LTT would be the best!

I read on another board that they'll let you in at 4:00 this year with your MVMCP tickets and ps ressie number. I hope it's true!! If you're already there, you can stay for your ressie.

Yeah Carol, CRT should be available too, but only at 60 days out. LTT was a package deal with MVMCP tickets so it booked up right away. I couldn't even get ressies for it in June!

I wanted to go to LTT on December 3rd and was unable to get PS. I learned from these boards to try the 60 days out theory and called this morning and got my CHOICE of times !!!!

I definitely suggest keep trying if you have your heart set on it! It was worth it!!

I got in at 5:45 when I called this AM for a PS. I had to tell him we were going to MVMCP to get the seating. I was thrilled and didn't think it would happen, maybe the party will be small on the 3rd.

I posted this repsonse to someone elses question, but I will post it here again....if they do things like they did last yr LTT will be the only place open actually during MVMCP. Last yr CRT closed sometime around 6. If you can get a later seating (around 5:30-6) you should be fine to stay in the restaurant and like another poster said they will exchange your tickets for wristbands. Things might have changed this yr, because I know last yr there were some mad people when we told them we were closed, but who knows. Last yr, you could also enter at 4 pm. Then at 6 they herded everyone to Tomorrowland. HTH!

Then I asked for CRT which he said was not open after 5:00 when MK closed. So I told him that I thought more tables were opening up for MVMCP package. He checked with his supervisor and came back and said "yep, there are seats available!" I would've given up if I hadn't read this tip from hookdonwdw. Thanks so much!!

So Carol, sorry, maybe you can't eat at Tony's or CRT on the MVMCP days. Isn't that different from last year?

So far it seems that this year will be exactly the same as last year. It is true that Tony's, CRT and the Plaza close at 6 pm. However, they do take PS up until a few minutes before 6. (They do not kick their patrons out at 6). Guests can finish their meals, then exchange their tickets for wristbands, and leave the restaurant when the party begins.

LTT will actually be open DURING the party. They take PS up until at least 8:30 or 9, maybe later. LTT is the only sit down restaurant that is open during the party. This is how it worked last year, also.

I wanted a PS for about 5:30 for CRT on our MVMCP night. The CM said all she had when I called at opening on the 60 day mark was tables for 4. I wanted a table for 2. So I kept my LTT PS for 6:15. I will keep trying, but I was disappointed that the CM wouldn't give me one of the tables for 4. (I suppose I understand, but I am still disappointed).

I will keep trying and maybe something will open up later.

I think I will try to call for this one on the 7th (we go 12/6). I will get as early as possible so as to not miss much of the party. Hope they have tables for 5!

We're not slow eaters, and we don't hang around once we've finished
We'd like to be finished about 20 mins before the party.
Is the service pretty quick ?
