We are a bit more than a week out until we leave for Orlando!!:cool1:

Couple of questions.... How do you get around Aquatica without burning your feet? Does everyone wear water shoes or flip flops to get from slide to slide?

We were considering buying our own towels when we get there at Walmart. Bonnett Creek now charges a fee if you don't turn your pool towel back in. So for that reason and for Aquatica I figured we might as well buy some cheap ones.

If we leave our towels and shoes at a couple of chairs will they still be there or are you not allowed to do that??

Thanks!

We found water shoes were a must in the warm months. The sand and walkways get HOT (but we were there in August, so YMMV.....we had no problem in December going barefoot only).

If you don't want to buy beach towels at Walmart, you can always rent them at Aquatica for $4 each. Your own towels in various patterns (AQ's are solid white) will make it easier to find your stuff it you leave it on a lounger.

You are welcome to leave your towels and shoes on a lounger and no one should bother with them (its all "at your own risk", of course, so be sure to get a locker for anything valuable).

Have an awesome time!!!!

I think I've decided we will buy cheap towels, not sure about water shoes though. I don't think my kids will even want to wear them. I know I won't want to wear them and I thought I read somewhere that they have shoe keepers/cubbies at each ride so you can slip off your flip flops and put them in the cubby while you ride and slip them back on when you get out. :confused3
