When my kids were being induced, I sang the first verse of a German Christmas song the night before, loosely translated as follows:

Tomorrow, children, we will get something, tomorrow we will be excited.
What singing, what a great life will be in our house.

It sounds better in German, LOL:

Morgen, kinder, wird's was geben,. morgen werden wir uns freun
Welch ein singen, welch ein leben, wird in unserem hause sein....

Well, I just tried one of those free translation sites, and here is what they came up with:

Just back from the dentist with Hannah. They gave her gas. Two teeth gone. She is talking or a least trying to , can't make her out because she has gaze in her mouth. He told me I have to watch she doesn't bit her lip because she won't feel it and spilt it really bad.

How much do you think the tooth fairy she leave for two teeth pulled by the dentist?

We are having thunder storms again....hope my power doesnt' go out.

Idol and House is on tonight.

oH NAB- I hope your dd's o.k., are you going to keep her home tomorrow? I can't imagine having teeth pulled (I hate pain). Yes, I think the TF should show extra compassion upon dd.

Yummo! I didn't have a chocolate chip cookie, but I had one of those mini chocolate eclairs, some Dove chocolate, and a respberry Milano cookie. I have fallen off the diet wagon and can't get back on . . .

Lil Blue, I sure hope Thumper makes an appearance on his own without your having to be induced. Seems like labor can be a little rougher with inductions.

My DH and I are puppysitting on our own tonight while our DD is visiting friends. Cash is being a little whippersnapper, trying to play with our aging corgi, who wants none of it. If it wasn't raining here, I'd put one of them outside for a while. We've had some pretty loud thunderboomers.

I just put some frozen Lasagne in the oven, it will take almost an hour, UGHHHHHHH! I might be dead from starvation by then.

Idol and Stars results show tonight!

We had a class today, called "Walt Disney and you". Talked a lot about the history of Walt, and testimonials about what the name and brand of Disney means to people, and how we are one of those "Disney people".

Did you ever notice the 2 finger point? Pay attention next time. We are tought to use index and middle fingers to point to things. But what they did not mention today is that it originated from Walt being a chain smoker, so he always had a cigarette in his hand. I did not bring it up.

Big surprise, I was the one there with longest time at Disney. Dang, I still remember touring the MK on orientation day in July of 1972. Wearing my red and white striped mini dress with white sandals. And getting drenched in a summer storm. And then I was supposed to show up at the office to get directions for the next day. I looked like a drowned rat, and they didnt even expect me in the office to show up!!!!

Yup ......I had to remember that when my sil called and we got to laughing about it again......she and I in the middle and the two guys on both of our sides sleeping........still cant believe it.....when we were in ITs tough to be a Bug show .......they were just starting to nod off when the stink bug let lose on that stinking spray......now that was hysterical....we had a good time with the two of them.....One night SIL and I had a laughing jag that lasted a good ten minutes......our bellies hurt so bad and the two guys were just sitting there laughing at us...we needed to laugh.....

Hubby went back to work yesterday and I started with the rug rats......it was good to get back to normal......but at night its when hubby and I wonder what do we do....last night we drove 35 miles and delivered mils recliner to other bil and his daughter so she can take it to her college condo.....yah she is going to a college in Nova Scotia that has no dorms......so BIL bought a condo for her schooling up there...but she needs some stuff so I said get rid of that chair...it is only a few years old but it is taking up space on my porch and hubby could not get rid of the snow blower to take our lawn mower out.....the joy of changing seasons.......

any babies yet........are we cyber aunts and uncles yet.......fill me in please.is celery and tammy home yet......HEY YOU GUYS.....

I'd love to see you! You'll have to forgive my post IV bloated-ness. 3 hour drive? Easy compared to trying to drive in Los Angeles, CAlif traffic. 3 hours for them could be the equivilent of 5 miles. As a los angelno escapee, I've seen it all, well maybe not all, but a lot traffic wise.

Is she going to Dal Housie? That is where Mr Silly went for his M.A. and where he taught for awhile. We loved it. You should go visit her in the fall, it is amazing even for New Englanders. There is a fantastic B&B in St Margaret's Bay, which is just about an hour outside of the city and right next to Peggy's Cove (the most photographed lighthouse in Canada).

Nope she is going to Nova Scotia school of art and design....she is very artsy.....as her mom is......they do alot of pots....

Just watching DWS and wondering who will go...I think it will be Ian.

NAB - I hope your DD is feeling ok, that just sounds painful. DD was a little better today. I put a wet washcloth in the freezer and she really liked chewing on that. I also got some of the teething tablets and they seemed to calm her down some.

LittleBlue - That's great news! Thursday sounds like a great day to have a baby

Pumba - Glad things are getting more back to normal for you!

Marita - I love hearing your stories from Disney. I hope to someday work there, even if it's not for 30 years, I would still love to.
