Ok why could I not edit that last post? :confused3

Anyway, I was just going to post a gratuitous SCREAM!

We have 4 bottles of cooking oil, including a FULL BIG bottle of Extra Virgin Olive oil. Plus corn oil, etc, etc

AND DH bought ANOTHER HUGE bottle of EVOO!:sad2: He and DD do all the cooking, you would think he would know better.

However, wisdom of 37 years of marriage says: DO NOT critise (this does not look right, I need spell check) (just turns back at you with, if you want to cook, go shopping, do it, etc). So maybe a gentle reminder for next time that we have a LOT of EVOO :rolleyes1 Or maybe I will say NOTHING!

I would go with the Hogan's Heroes approach, Marita!!!

Last time I checked our Crisco oil it was rancid because it was so dang old. So I bought some EVOO for cooking. I am out of my high quality EVOO that I use for dipping oil when I bring home French bread from Panera. Mmmmm, that sounds like a plan for later this week.

Hiya, Tootie!!!* I'm not an AI fan, but I LOVE that pic with the tape over Simon's mouth!* So, what is with the bread that replaced the Q-tip?Just had to ask.
No AI for you????* :sad2: The bread means NO CARBS!* I am on Atkins! So far i have been on it for 2 1/2 weeks. No cheating so far! How are you, Cheryl?
I am watching AND tivoing, Bonnie, just in case!
You are my kind of woman, Marita! :thumbsup2 I have been watching AI Rewind, also. They are doing season 2 this time. I love hearing Clay sing!

Yes, Moo, the Hogan's Hero approach is probably best. Nice wife that I am!:)

You go shop and cook honey, and I won't say anytihng critical. :hippie: Wise choice!

OK, I am requesting immunity. I am in MySPace and have NO idea what I am doing.

I think I accepted a beer from Mony (thanks Mony!), and sent or accepted some cupcakes to some peeps, but I claim total ignoranace, ok? Still in the middle of it! I have no clue what I am doing!

Twink...I know this was posted ages ago, but I feel the need to revisit it. Chocolate soda?!! (or pop, or coke, or whatever you want to call it). That sounds nasty. Secondly, I met a girl at Chef Mickey's who said her mom got breast cancer from drinking diet stuff. And my mom says it's bad for you. Yet I drink it all the time. SO, the question is, are we all going to die from drinking diet soda?

Lynette...congrats on 5,000!!!!!
:dance3: :yay: :woohoo:  :flower3:

bbn...You? Get a thread shut down? GET OUT!!!!

Rob...I couldn't pass this one up. Because I'm confused. You write backwards???!

Today was a loooong day with going straight from school to babysitting. I've babysat these kids since the 6 year old was 3 months old. So I guess I'll admit I like them a little, but man, they were crazy tonight!! I put them to bed early. I think they were overtired. Now I just got home and I'm trying to write this thing that is going to be the death of me and I'm cranky. The end.

PJ, we are all going to die from something sometime! It's inevitable.
5 people dead now from accident I-4 last week. Some in their 30's.

So just go with the flow!

Back to the regularly scheduled cheerful chatting!

1. This is why you people need to be drinking coffee. No soda, diet or otherwise. For reals.

2. Thankyouverymuch!

3. *ahem* I'm going to leave that one alone.

4. Very Leonardo da Vinci, I think.

5. LilL, do what millions of moms have done for oodles of years. Now that the cherubs are nestled in their beds (in their own house, even), take 15 minutes to sit still. You get 50 extra chillax points if you have a piece of chocolate during this exercise.

Doh! I should have remembered you are doing Atkins!!! Goog for you for sticking with it so well. I've been cranky lately about work stuff. I'm sure having a Disney trip ticker in my siggie would help me feel a bit better ;)

Awww, thanks, Moo! And back at you!
 Thanks, L!!!

No problem, Marita! We won't pester you to play Scrabulous any more. I unfortunately ditched the Beer application because I think it messed up my Top Friends template. But who knows, it may have just been an off day.

What I mostly care about is being able to play Scrabble and see my DD's photos.

I was watching that on the news all that day it happened. That was really scary. I get your point. It seems like if diet coke really was actually legitimately bad for you it wouldn't exist for human consumption.

1. But coffee tastes soooo nasty!!!!! It makes me want to beurk.
2. No, really, feel free to go on.
3. Me? Sit still? Whaaaat???? :hyper:

Thanks Moo!

There was a time when I felt quite advanced with technology. I fear that time has passed...........

Oh, I got a friends request TWICE from MySpace, from when Cel started that. From a girl that looks about 12!!!!! Kind of freaked me out, really. I think I am going to close that as soon as I figure out how.

I denied requests without comment, which also made me feel kind of creepy. I don't need this stuff. It's like phone solicitors! Which is why my answering maching is always on!

And yes, I am on the DO NOT CALL list! Much good that does!

Oh, somewhat related story: The other day I got home from work, get out of the car and this guy in a suit walks up to me. Something about do we have ATT and they want to mae sure we have the lowest plan. What is is my name and number. Ok, he says, let me call in to the office and check.
Fine, I go into the house. Soon he knocks. OK, you can get a beter deal on dialing out of area, $.10 vs. $.35. Niver mind we hardly ever call out of area. He says they will call you in a few mnutes to verfy some things, and that you are over 18.

He says sweetly and with a smile, " You are over 18, aren't you?"
Now anyone who has met me or even NOT met me, you KNOW that 55 looks nothing like near 18!!!!!!!!
Who did he think he was trying to smarm????????
Anyway, I told him I had no time and sent him on his way.
It was very annoying, really.
This whole episode took a good 15 minutes of my day. And he looked SHOCKed that I rejected the offer.

Today was primary day in Michigan. I'm SO glad it is over because we got political calls every day for the past couple weeks.

Too bad you can't get away from those using the Do Not Call list.

Moo, I hear you,

I get calls every day from my BFF apparently (one sided), that cant leave me alone:

Call from: Toll-free number............

drives me nuts!!!

Okay, ladies. I'm going to head to bed early. Sweet dreams y'all!

Cheryl, your turn! We got a lot of turns in tonight, didn't we? :goodvibes

YOU are taking a COLD shower??????????? :faint:

Good night, hope you have warm jammies and covers

It wasn't by choice. Well, I guess I could have waited for more warm water, but I do not have the patience for that and I am tired. I am going to go get under said warm covers.

Yep, we sure did! Thanks, L. Even though you're whupping me again ;) Hopefully you're not loaded up with the rest of the goog letters!!!

We need to get a four way game going with Sandy and Mony when things settle down if they're up for it.

PJ, snag the warm shower tomorrow!!! We haven't run out of hot water since my DD went off to college
