We had leftovers tonight......so I had two chicken thighs with less then a cup of pasta...but I feel full......later I will have some popcorn because I can have two cups of that ......blahhhhh.....

You would think so, wouldn't you? Especially since it's not wrapped around my mouth. But somehow it works for me after I have dental work done. And it HAS to be the Mickey pillow.

And, actually, I was working on printing with DS-then-5 which is pretty funny because I have THE WORST penmanship you've ever seen plus I write my letters backwards from what society claims is the proper direction in which to write your letters. But, in general, I agree. I try to do a lot but my wife easily does twice as much work around the home as I do but then I think I should also get some credit for entertaining the kids by taking my beatings from them on the Madden football video games and other such sports titles.

Thanks Nabbie, kids are rarely around during the week, and today of all days they decided to camp out all afternoon. That is not what mental health days are meant for!

On top of that, I did some actual WORK!

But seeing it is a 3-day weekend this week, the next might need to wait a while.......

Rob-- glad you help out. Since you said I was doing the alphabet hope you learned the right way to do it now...... It drives me crazy when my kids do letters and numbers in a weird way. Both make the number 6 unreadable. Or they want to get fancy with the letters.

Marita -- doesn't your sick days work that if you take two in a row it counts as one. That how it was when I worked. But after three you need a doctors note to come back I think. It was so long ago.... I haven't worked in 12 years.

2 days count as 1? Not here, not for me. I think the doctors note after 3 might apply though.

The Donna Reed thang was pretty far fetched! But quite amusing! I know of NO ONE who would do that, LOL.

Marita, I was under the weather this morning and didn't go into work until after lunch. Just in time to be assigned yet another letter to write. I do LOTS of handwriting (notes) and typing at work. I was pretty tempted to just stay home all day. Bleahhhhh.

On a more positive note, we ordered our new recliners after work They should arrive right before hubby's birthday.
