Hope you feel better soon Twinkie! I got very sick around your stage with Ethan. I lost a ton of weight and couldn't even take care of the boys(only 2 then). My Mom kept them for several days because I was totally comatose on the couch. Waking only to go potty. It was not fun. Sickness whoops your buttuskey when you're pregnant. Drink plenty of fluids and call your DR right away if you start running a fever!!
Thanks. I am not really sick. Just a cold. And tired. The real thing is to prevent coughing via constant use of vitamin c drops or other hard candy. I would call my dr if I ran a fever because I never do. I have a very low temp naturally.... I think I have run 5 or 6 fevers in my entire life. It was a real bummer in elementary school because I could never get sent home sick because the rule was you had to run a fever of 100. If I hit 99 I am pretty darn sick.

What sort of blasphemy is this? I suppose you'll tell me next that they have actual silverware, rather than plastic sporks and a cheesy paper napkin. Really, Twink! What kind of tomfoolery is this????

I know. I am trying not to get too excited about the actual silverware and a person assigned to refill my cup and not having to cut anyone's meat or use the wisdom of Solomon to solve any pressing issues like who got the better serving of carrots:rolleyes: while eating my dinner. The babysitter still hasn't called back.... she is in nursing school so I will wait a couple of more hours (she is in class) and then start to pester her. I mean sweetly ask her and maybe up the ante.....

Hey PJ! Welcome back!!!! Hope you feel 100% very soon!

hey all. I read everything (unlike PJ!)
I am of the opinion that you should do the work and I should reap the benefits. So, you can read back and then give me concise summaries of anything interesting, amusing, or of importance. Are you onboard with this offer?

pj - we still need to see pics of the halloween party!
:rolleyes1
p.s. How is Tammy today? Or did I miss that by not reading back?

Here's a picture of Buddy!!

See how he has the one paw up.... he does walk a little on it now but still mostly keeps it up.

He is like a baby he sleeps all day....:lmao:
I want a kitten!!!! That is one seriously cute cat. Maybe I should just move to some crazy ranch in the middle of nowhere and I will be blessed with one upon my doorstep.

It sounds to me like you're dealing with a hotT college chick. Up the ante. Speak her language.

BigL...I don't think Martha Stewart takes online breaks. Keep working!!!

I will be in Disney to work again starting December 21st. I love Disney at Christmas. :santa: You should all come then. Just thought I'd throw that out there. I've never been to the Christmas party. Hollywood went last year and I asked her what she remembered about it and she said "free cookies and hot chocolate."

I just updated, in case anyone's borded.

It's more pics than words. I hate the 25 images limit because it includes smilies. I use smilies a lot to convey mood or joking or sarcasm. Dangit!

I now need a nap since the kids are sleeping.

Nab- cute kitty! Poor baby!

Celery- I only read back a page. Which is why I'm almost always lost. Thanks for blessing my heart, though! How's Tammy? Take goog care of her.

AND, who hasn't weighed and checked in today? Hmmmm? There's a couple of MIA's :rolleyes1

1. History has shown this to an absolute certainty. Thing is, you may also get a puppy, a goat or some other form of beast. Just saying.

2. Jeez, LilL! Nobody likes a slave-drivin' ballerina. Even Martha takes some time to stop and smell the rare hybrid hothouse roses once in a while.

3. Waaaaah! I want to go to Disney at Christmas! Think Hollywood would notice if my family of 4 stayed with you guys over the holidays? :rotfl:

1. I don't want a goat. I'm not fond of them.

2. What sound does a whip make? WAPISH??? Insert that sound here.

3. Hollywood, her roommates, and myself wouldn't care at all. I think it'll be lonely just the 2 of us down there for Christmas anyway. I'm thinking no Indy, so Disney instead. In January. While I'm still there. Get it? ;) It's brilliant.

PJ. Out.

1. Ditto.

2. Done.

3. Are you trying to goad poor Hollywood into KILLING you? Or having you committed? Or both?

Update: the hotT college chick/babysitter decided that an evening with my darling children and the associated cash & food benefits would fit into her hotT college chick schedule

YAY, TWINKIE AND MR. TWINKIE. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!

PJ - Sounds like a goog plan. We all come to visit. Can we stay with you and can you get us all in? ;) The Christmas party is fun. We only did rides, the parade and fireworks. But the park was festive and the music great. The hot chocolate and cookies were the super best. It helped that it was freezing the night we went. Otherwise hot chocolate, not such a goog idea in Florida.

Wendy - You are a cheater to only read back 1 page. You "read" them all. At least skim for your name in case someone addresses you. ;) Hasn't WT taught you anything?

Nab - CUTE kittie!!!!!!!!

Celery - How's Tammy?

Moo - Your Puppies are so cute! Are they house trained?

We just got back from the library. I needed to get the bradley method book again since it's close to the end. It's time to start practicing the relaxation methods. Get this...they have the pregnancy books on the BOTTOM shelf. Is that the dumbest thing EVER?

Tonight is Bible Study. My parents pay my brother to come watch the boys because they really wanted us to be able to go. It should be goog tonight. My teacher and my Dad don't completely agree on what we're going over tonight. ;)

Last edited by MommyPoppins : Today at 04:45 PM. Reason: Yay for Twinkie!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't remember the last date we had. Better get one in before the baby!

Hop to it, Mommy P, time is getting short!

Nab, I agree, the kitty is just adorable.

My old (as in age) dog and old cat just love each other. Sometimes the cat will lick the dogs ears, or the cat will sleep between the dogs paws. Its really cute.

Yayyyy for YOU! I can't imagine the same scenario playing out in my household. :confused3 I WOULD get equally excited to go out with girlfriends, go shopping with actual money, or go to a spa ALL by myself :cloud9:  I'm really happy for you, though!

Now, go shave your legs!!!! hahahahaha!!!! ;)

They don't take monopoly money or Canadian Tire money in utah?!?!?

I'm home early - I ditched the football game because it was raining, but I did go to the high school parking lot and have dinner with my friend from work and her family. It was a goog night not to be a football parent!

Nabbie, your kitten is so cute! He looks just like the kittens we saw at the pet supplies place last night when we went to buy some more dog food, biscuits, and accessories (pooper scooper, pee neutralizer, and one new toy) for the little stinkers. I'm glad Hannah is warming up to him :)

MommyP, the puppies are about 2/3 housebroken. They readily go outside, but if it is raining, we find surprised on the back deck. And occasionally in the kitchen if we're not attentive to their signals  And little piddle spots on the carpet.

Twink, glad you're getting your evening out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PJ, so glad you're feeling better. Disney at Christmas is fun, but it can be a mad house :santa:

Is Spongie in Sin City tonight? And Disneyland tomorrow?! :dance3:

Shout out to everyone else not specifically mentioned by name. Hope to see lots of people at chat later tonight :yay:

Steph, for what it's worth. I am most like Ariel too. I don't know if that is good or bad, LOL!:confused3

Yeah, you gotta wonder about a girl that trades a Kingdom for a pair of land legs. Ok sure he's a prince, but she was already a Princess... and living in a paradise.

I read that as am I trying to "goat" her into killing me. The mind takeover has apparently been successful.

I think maybe a hotel room (or 2 or 3) will be in order. Not that I wouldn't LOVE to have every Mooover on this thread staying with my sister and me over the holidays. :rolleyes1 The more the merrier?

Now that is true. We've been in Disney for the past 5 years for the week between Christmas and New Years. Clearly we're crazy. Conveniently enough my birthday is on NYE, so I always get to spend it in Disney.

Why would Spongie be here?

Night, all.
:grouphug:

Peej, Spongie is spending tonight in Las Vegas, on her way to Disneyland :yay:

Christmas and NYE at Disney that many years in a row? Wow!!!

It was so busy during NYE this past year that my friends and I were pretty happy NOT to be in the parks. We had dinner at Kona Cafe, rode the monorail for a couple loops, and then watched Wishes from the Poly. Low key for us ladies who were celebrating our half-century birthdays in advance.

We were up and at 'em early on New Year's Day though (MK) and that was pretty fun and not very crowded.

Hey, we were there at the same time!!!! It was just me and my 2 sisters and my cousin. Where did you stay? It was my 21st birthday last year. We had a lot of fun that night!!! We went to MGM just for fireworks. We didn't try to ride anything. They were pretty cool.

Hi all,
Wanted to chat tonite but after a 10 hour day and a few brews when I got home, sleep overtook me before nine. I woke up at 2 and came to play on the puter. I went to youtube and found the video of Carrot Juice is Murder.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmK0bZl4ILM

But then I had the real find. The same group, The Arrogant Worms, have another song named I Am Cow(Hear me moo). There are at least 4 different videos of the song, but this was my favorite(rated PG for language)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oCD1RIqTlEw&mode=related&search=
I'm off this weekend, so who knows if I'll go back to bed. Not even a little sleepy now.
