Hugs to Tammy ......hope you are feeling okey......

I am down in the dumps tonight........I guess maybe go to bed and sleep it off....

went shopping today with my sister and got these cookies from the christmas tree shoppe.......they are from canada and are called Annas......the almond cinnamon one is soooooo good and so thin ....delicious...

Sorry you're feeling punky tonight, Pumba.

I love those Anna's cookies too - the lemon ones are great with tea.

In the interest of science, I had the DH take the disney birth sign quiz as if he was me....

still Bambi.

Then we both answered it, separatly, for him....

Donald Duck.

Twinkie, I may have to take off Dec 27 if this posting frenzy continues. But I'll stick with me earlier prediction.
Yesterday on A Baby Story a woman had 5 boys and then her 6th was a girl.
MommyP my mom's parents had 5 boys in a row, then matched it with 5 girls in a row. Then out of fear of what might come next, they quit. Mom was the baby. The first cousins range in age from 51-83.

well Lil G, I don't know my Disney birth sign, but I did do this quiz and came up with the following:

Whaddya think? A goog fit?

here's the link, if the rest of y'all want to play.

http://www.quizilla.com/users/Kereokacola/quizzes/Which DISNEY character are you most like?/

I took the test and you know how it came out. I have a framed print Huey, Louis and Dewey(my 2 nieces and nephew) gave me with Donald with a great new outlook on life after a self-awareness course when the kids say,"You still look like the same old Uncle Donald to us!" to which he fumes "$400 down the tubes." If that doesn't sum me up, nothing does. And 2 seconds later, all is fine.
Utahmama, I'll gladly share my sign with you.
Tammy, glad you got to go hme so quick. I pray you're 100% real quick. Take care of her Cel.

Ok. Keep me updated as to any changes in the prediction. If it hits Nov 27 then I am out- I don't think I can swoop while in labor.

That is the real reason I am certain this is a boy. In my DH's family, girls come in twos and boys come in ones. This is definately a singleton therefore it must be a boy.

And yes, my Donald Duck is a goog man.

Cel & Tammy- I am glad you are home. Hoping for a quick recovery and a sucessful outcome.

Spongie- Great redneck picture of Uma. Bless her heart.

Utah- Please post your mood here. Mine is currently "amazed".

Moo -- I was watching C.S.I. on the Detroit channel it it said there were watches in affect. Was wondering if you were getting that weather too.

Buddy has a sore front paw or something, we just noticed he is not walking on it. Don't know what happened :confused3 I checked to see if he had litter or something stuck in it's claws but it seems fine. Might have to take him to a vet tomorrow if he isn't walking on it then. He isn't crying or anything either.Hubby said it doesn't look like he broke anything either. I thought maybe he jumped and landed wrong....We have only had him for three nights and we broke him. :sad1:

Celery -- glad Tammy is home !!

Hi, Twink! I thought Wendy could just put her mood in her siggie too ;)

Nab, we are still under a tornado watch. Looks like another line of storms is heading our way.

Jasper was limping around a little last night for a while, but he was fine later at night. We thought it might be due to jumping too far.

He's just fine today.

They were both whiney tonight, so they are crated for a little while.

PJ, if you're lurking tonight, hope you're feeling better

/
BabyNurse- we're Mickey sisters!

Did you see where it said only SIX percent of people taking that quiz were Mickey's? :cool2:

I really wish we could all get together for a baby shower for Twinkie and MommyP! That would would be so much fun and helpful for said moms.

Baby shower at Marita's! BYOBaby.

I know!!! How bout a BABY SHOWER CRUISE!!!

Hmmm, scratch Marita's house, I'll meet y'all on the cruise.

p.s. I happen to know that PJ is also Alice. and she's still not feeling too goog, but hopefully she'll be back to normal (normal for her) soonishly.

I am Mickey Mouse too!!

Babynurse I'm glad you got him to eat and sleep. I am sure you held him a lot too.

Another Mickey sistah!.

the baby is STILL here. He's had 3 bottles today. Where in the helk is his momma?

Yeah, my DH made a similar comment as I lay in post-delivery splendor after having DS. I commented how I felt lucky that I'd had a good labor and delivery. He said, "Oh I always KNEW you'd have an easy labor...I could tell by those child-bearing hips." The epidural that was still in effect at the time is the ONLY thing that prevented his untimely demise! Oy.

Don't they sometimes pick the best moments to say the most romantic things?

I got a goog laugh about Twinkie Montessori earlier today :lmao:

It's kind of stormy here tonight. Tornado warnings a ways north of us. We just have lightning right now.

twinkie montessori, that was a goog one.

Tornado sirens have been going off all evening round these parts.

I am down in the dumps tonight........I guess maybe go to bed and sleep it off....

I took the test and you know how it came out.

Goofy? J/K. I guess you certainly picked an appropriate username.:thumbsup2

Cel: Hope tammy's doing well.

Just for the record- in the last TWO months a kitten, a goat and a puppy have been dropped off at Cowgirl Manor.....

A baby does seem a bit much. Even for Mamacan'tfindya.

And so ANOTHER mammal mouth joins the herd at the Crazynurse Ranch..........

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Where is the humor in this situation?

His 3 siblings were here earlier, but somehow we were supposed to drop them off at grandpa's. However, grandpa did not want to watch the 3 month old who has never had a bottle. Can't say that I blame him, he's a fussy little stinker. Good thing he's cute.;)

I took him to dh's basketball game. Then we went out to grab some pizza with some of the guy's. Me, the 5 kids, dh, and the guys. Anyway, the baby was fussing, so I stuck a paci in his mouth and held him close to me, and put a blanket over his head to block the light.

I got THE dirtiest look from some people at a table beside us. I guess they thought I was nursing. So, I dropped the blanket. hee hee hee.

You KNOW it's funny, BBN. C'mon, admit it. What the Ranch needs is a "Mammal Safe Haven" sign out by the (dirt) road. Maybe you could get tax-free status as a non-profit organization?

Glad Tammy is OK.

:grouphug: to Pumba, hope you feel better.

I just had a nap for almost 2 hours, sure hope it helps me to make it to work early to work tomorrow when the computer guy is scheduled to arrive anywhere from 8-12. I dont do 8am, so sent my passwords etc to knitfreak and asst #2, although that is strictly forbidden :3dglasses

Shall we plan for a Friday night chat? 9:30-10ish?

Count me in. I haven't had much playtime this week, and that'll give me something to look forward to tomorrow as I scrub, wipe, fold, sweep and organize Chez Lalijack.
