My brother and nephew are First Name Middle Name IV and First name Middle Name V, respectively. We end up referring to them as Big 'X' and Little 'X'. DH's family also has this naming affliction in his family - his nephew is First Name Middle Name IV. I just don't see the need........

I am this guy and this guy today, because I have the next 3 days "off". The hampers are overflowing and the dustbunnies in my dining room are taunting me, however, so there won't be much bum-laying time.

So hurry and do your chores and come play some more!

That's me and Twinkie's system. Put a load in and fold a load and reward yourself for a few minutes. Wash the dishes and wipe down the counters, come DIS some more. It works!

we're still at the hospital. yucky poo.
utah - she had sinus surgery to hopefully correct all the ear infections.

but it seems her right facial nerve is swollen, so they had to give her steroids, which in turn shoots up her blood sugar. so they are monitoring her still.

but at least I get to be with her.

the ex roomie doesn't owe me money - he just has the house that's half in my name and I'm worried he won't refinance it before the ARM is up in August.

the one who owes us money is Ben.

gee. for not having friends, I have enough drama.
I just want to go home and nap! getting up at 4:15 is not a good thing.

very good observation lexy girl....flies/mosquitoes....well, magots....

are lil'reminders..how delicate..our life forces are. [ of all the great
disaters...that threats mankind...i believe the greater threats..are
from...the micro~world. ]

wows ..to me, i sure was spilling my guts..out..,re-reading, was a
realization reminder..how much ..i ..hunting, or watching the
balance of nature....fyi, we saw no deer...in the woods..then seeing that
lil'buck..getting hit...upset my whole night!


.....wasted life. something, i see every day. not at work. all of sudden,
it makes me realized the importance..to take time every day....just
to "enjoy"..the benefits..of living life. hint, its always sunny here!

do if the won...& won't be able to make fun of? , i
guess..we all be..cubies fans.

* note . did you get the special cards set back when the merlins & rockies
came into the league?..it will be sorta an ironic footnote..if the tribe
plays the rockies...since, they also played the merlins..in their first world
series...life stranger~...~then fiction.

Wendy - I have never held a baby less than 7lbs. I had big babies, my sister had big babies. The ladies at church had normal size babies. One family adopted a little girl who was a preemie, but I never held her until a few weeks ago and she's like 8 months now. She was the first preemie I had seen in real life though. Soooo tiny! She looked like a doll.

Have any of you mom's ever went to put a child down(in a standing position) and then you realize that it was the baby and not the toddler? lol. I hope it's not just me.

The store went well. I am alive and Chad was home in time to bring in the grocerys. yay!

Y'all know that big babies are birthed in the bbn household. My first OB doctor said to me (and this was so flattering) "You were made to give birth. Your hips are nice and roomy."

Good question. Because we mooved from the east coast to the prairie when the girls where 18 months old and I gave away ALL my girl clothes. I do have some little shoes I think. And in the spirit of anti clutter, downsizing, and sharing the blessings, I have continued to hand down everything. And had a few yard sells.

every pregnancy has been my "Last".

I did keep my maternity clothes. I don't know why. And cribs and a highchair because they have been in constant use. I don't own a a swing or a bouncy seat or a exersaucer or more than 3 burp cloths at this point. I gave everything away as we were done with it. I do have pink blankets and sheets left over.


And we had two boy names for Goldenchild so we kind of have one left over. But I am not thrilled with it.

For girls we have no names. The only name we both like sounds too much like a name we are already using. Go figure.

I really wish we could all get together for a baby shower for Twinkie and MommyP! That would would be so much fun and helpful for said moms.

1. 9 pds 1/2 oz breech c-sect
2.7 pds 10 oz vbac
3.6 pds 1 0z c-sect
4. 7 pds 8 oz c-sect
5. 5 pds 7 oz c-sect dropped to 5 pds 1 oz and was born at 34 1/2 wks along

Yeah, my DH made a similar comment as I lay in post-delivery splendor after having DS. I commented how I felt lucky that I'd had a good labor and delivery. He said, "Oh I always KNEW you'd have an easy labor...I could tell by those child-bearing hips." The epidural that was still in effect at the time is the ONLY thing that prevented his untimely demise! Oy.

Cel, thanks for the update on Tammy - glad she is doing OK tonight I know how frustrating it can be after they tell you everything went OK but they have to stay in recovery where you can't visit.
