... She has a no sugar added pure vanilla called MaryAnn, part of her tribute to Gilligan's Island.
... The one in Ohio went through the lady's windshield and scared the (what's a goog clean word here, UMA?) out of her. And if you get one this year, put me down for 'bout 10 pounds, I don't hunt, but I sure like eating.

That is even funnier. Picturing the big guy having a giggle fit. Great post DTD. Thanks for sharing.I usually watch about half of any youtube link, but that one I not only finished, I saved so I can watch again tomorrow. I got a giggle fit in the middle and missed some. Thanks.

My last name is long and "ethnic" sounding so names need to be classic or of a vague ethnicity that goes with. It may begin with the letter M so William is out. Also the letter B. And the letter T just because we have too many Twinkies with a T initial already. All of our family names are either in use, the name of someone who was a real (insert some sort of Utah approved descriptor here) or are too wIerd. All current children have one name we like and one name that is a family name/meaningful name. Everyone has one Biblical name. Also we don't know Grasshopper is a boy (that that is my feeling) so we really need two names.RE: naming pets and tiny people.....I like Scout, Atticus, Shadow for the puppies. For the people....boyish people....I still like the grandpa names....Joe, Harry, George, Frank, John, Sam. Classics....Doug, Ross, Russ, Philip? Family names? Your maiden name? Your mother or g-mothers maiden name? Evan, Garrett, Griffin? What about Lincoln? Linc?
Twinkie...is your last name longish or shortish? That important because the poor boys are stuck with their names for life unlike most girls. Also there's the consideration of not ending the last name with the same sound as the beginning of the last name....example Keith Thorpe....or else it runs together like one long name when you say it.
They really did. Besides in the South it isn't uncommon for 60 year old men to be addressed by everyone (including their wife) as Junior. No thank you.Marita: My dh said no way in heck were we having a junior b/c his parents screwed him in the name department (they really did)![]()
I believe this calls for a "BeJeepers".Thank you for consulting!
Tribute to Giligan's Island ice cream??? Whoa! What are the other flavors? "Coconut Radio" for the Professor? "Danger, Curves Ahead" for Ginger? "money, money, money, Mint" for the Howels? "S.S. 40 year old Virgin" for the Skipper?
Yes celery, the baby will have bottles. I'm not THAT mean. lol He's just never had one, and that doesn't seem to please 3 month old babies very well.
Twinkie - You have twin DAUGHTERS why are you dressing Grasshopper in BLUE if he is a girl? I think you know that he is a boy. You never talk about girl names. Hmm...
Speaking of which, I think next time I'll be passing down to YOU...Norah is in 4T! Size 9 1/2 shoe, size 5 jacket. She's the tallest in her little class. She blends better with the 4's preschoolers and some Kindergarteners (they're all in the same waiting area).Good question. Because we mooved from the east coast to the prairie when the girls where 18 months old and I gave away ALL my girl clothes. I do have some little shoes I think. And in the spirit of anti clutter, downsizing, and sharing the blessings, I have continued to hand down everything. And had a few yard sells.
Didn't you know?
every pregnancy has been my "Last".![]()
I did keep my maternity clothes. I don't know why.And cribs and a highchair because they have been in constant use. I don't own a a swing or a bouncy seat or a exersaucer or more than 3 burp cloths at this point. I gave everything away as we were done with it. I do have pink blankets and sheets left over.
And we had two boy names for Goldenchild so we kind of have one left over. But I am not thrilled with it.
For girls we have no names. The only name we both like sounds too much like a name we are already using. Go figure.
I dropped my mouse and lost my post!
anyway, I ran into the stupid roommate.
who wouldn't speak to me!
the nerve!
think I should sue him for the house?
hmmm.
anyway, Tammy came out of the surgery fine. I'm not allowed to go see her though.![]()
hopefully soon.
but the doctor said she's already alert.

I think I have you all beat on the big kids. Nicholas is only 10 and wears a 10 shoe. Bigger then his dads. And his clothes are all now a small mens, some boys 18. He is 5'2 and I am 5'5. Nicholas looked like an Eskimo baby, with tons of black hair and slanted eyes....
Mommy P-- my dad went by his middle name too because he was a jr.
