Kay --how you doing? I went back and I think you can check on pages 460 or around there. I think I posted pictures of the tea.

Mommy P-- I know that you found the boat somewhere. I tell the kids all the time if there is toys at the end of the driveways it doesn't mean they are throwing the away.:lmao:

Poor Tammy, I sure hope this fixed the problem with her ears after all this pain.

If I was rich Hannah would have a whole new wardrobe. I saw so many cute things today for her. But I only bought the head band and Halloween earrings. Nicholas got black jeans and a new dress shirt.

Sandy-
We are getting the High School Musical Musical ON ICE show in November!!! I don't think so since we saw the street show and loved it. Save your money Utahmama!!!

Christmas is coming and stressing me out! Luckily, my DS9 only wants a football and Pokemon cards  Norah is wanting a twin doll...and I found one by Madame Alexander at Costco that looks just like her! Score!

lalijack- get some caffeine STAT! We need your witty and usefu comments! I've never heard the saying "hen on a hot rock"..I'm guessing he's hyper or jittery? I found an Energy drink that has 160 mg. of caffeine in a large can (2 servings?) that is by Arizona Tea - it's green tea-ish but tastes like coffee soda-GROSS! But it does the trick.

Nab, Moo, Marita, CowNurse, Peej, Boys, Girls I missed, snack cakes, and anyone else- HELLO!!!!

Heya Wendy! Shhh!! Don't tell Boris and Natasha, but we are going to the HSM on Ice show in Boston in January. Those tickets are going to be part of their Christmas loot. I am "wicked" excited, as they say in the Boston area.

As for the My Twinn doll, my DD has the authentic one --DH is totally freaked out by the doll, since it really does look JUST like DD...even has the beauty marks in the same place. DD LOVES that doll. Plays with her all the time. And the doll is beautifully made. If you can swing it, I say DO IT! Norah is your only girl, right? (I'm really goog at peer pressure, eh?)

I'm enjoying my second 32 oz. latte of the day. I think it's finally making a difference. Now if I could just get crazybossman to go in his office and shut the door......

ETA: Oh. My. Gawd! Now he's sitting 2 cubes away from me, chomping and smacking Fritos. I may be ill.... Help!!

I remember! I remember~ I had witty commentary re how hat day prevents drug use.

But first- in all seriousness, seriousity, sincerity and cerealness-

Celery- re pregnancy & antidepressents- this is a much too important topic to take advice from a bunch of tween ager mindsweeper freaks posing as housewives from their Star Trek themed basement lairs. Talk to your doctors about your concerns and be totally honest.:wizard: That was my mom moment. :wizard:

LallyCaf-Cubes! you work in a cube !?!!! :faint: it seems that these days even VIP MucketyMuck Business Peeps work in cubes. I am happy to report that one benefit of being a Chemical SuperGeek is that I always had an office. With windows. And a door. And an officemate who was fluent in Chinese.

Hat Day as a Deterent to Drug UseThis makes total sense to me.

Hats are usually verboten at school for no apparent reason (well as adults we know that it is rude but this makes no sense to children.)

Drugs are verboten in general because they are illegal and fry your brain.

To encourage you to follow the rule that makes sense (don't use drugs) we will give you a one day reprieve on the rule that shows adults just make rules to hear themselves speak (don't wear hats).

Toadily Logical.

At our school the chillun's were given anti-drugs pledges and instructed to get 25 signatures of other people committed to not use drugs. I am referring to my kindergarteners NOT my junior high guy.

1. I appreciate the motherly sentiment. But my "doctor" has only talked to me twice. And as a general rule, I don't trust the rest of her "practice" as they're all 12 or 13 (and the word practice is very appropriate in this case). So since you guys are AT LEAST 15, you are more qualified. I'll do some research. I'm just being lazy.
And love it when lil g goes on one of his discussions. ;)

2. I'm in a cube farm too.
Only all the cubes near me are empty. So it's like I have an office. and no one cares if I get a little gassy in the afternoons.
or play music with curse words in it.

3. It explains so much that the hat thing makes sense to you.

2. Celery- I suggest you sneak a happy pill from Tammy's Rx (;) ) and breathe. I didn't just read that her work is requiring her to get back to work, did I???? Those monsters! Stress like that is not goog for healing! Do they not understand what she's had done and the complications she's having? GRRR!

3. I found an Energy drink that has 160 mg. of caffeine in a large can (2 servings?) that is by Arizona Tea - it's green tea-ish but tastes like coffee soda-GROSS! But it does the trick.
1. Don't waste your money unless you happen to have some extra lying around - it was sorta cute, but really cheesy. and the wigs are bad.
2. I talked some sense into them. I went there to drop off some paperwork and told them she would not be back this week and could not work from home.
And I did take one of her happy pills last night, but only because my back is so messed up.
3. Really? It does the trick? I couldn't tell from your post! ;)

1. From your hands to God's ears!

2. What size is Hannah? Heheheh. We should get you to start buying the boutique clothes they sell on ebay. if she can wear a 5-6-7, you should buy this one outfit on ebay right now. The dad makes the clothes and jsut started, but he's incredible and since these are his first listings, it's still sorta reasonable compared to the 200 dollar outfits.

here's the link.

Do you know who you are talking to? DO NOT ENCOURAGE HER! The costco one will be JUST FINE! :badpc: That's me smacking your hand!

This is our anti drug week as well. Today is Hawaiian Shirt day! :confused3

Don't they wear a lot of those shirts in Miami? Hmmmm. I got nothing. Again.

I am knee deep in doing a relief map of Utah with/for DS9 Dallen. It is pretty big and is made out of salt dough (I made that part). It is drying and waiting to be painted and labeled. The sheet said extra credit for creativity. Hmmm? A sea gull? A covered wagon? A beehive? A jello salad? I do enjoy this teacher so I think I'll over do it a smidge.

It's kiddie nap time! YAY! 2 out of 3 are sound asleep! I should dust. Ok, I'll be back after I do some chores!

It is still raining and everyone is in a bad mood.

Hannah is having math problems I tried my best and she still didn't get it, hubby is trying now. She is over thinking. What seems simple to us she can't get.

3+4= 4+3
7-3 =4
7-4=3

She feels she has to add or subtract on her fingers or makes up an answer. When it is right in front of her. We did the same math last night and I thought she got it but she didn't. I would not make a good teacher. I lose patience to easy.

Math class is over....:lmao: At least I know this grade 2 math. Don't ask me fractions or angles etc.

Where is everyone tonight?

Evening all!!!!!!!!!!!! NO posts since this afternoon?!! Was the DIS down?

Thanks for all the nice comments about the puppy pics. They sure are fun little critters.

Moo, adorable pic of the pups:love:

I guess Don finally warmed up to them.
Yep, he sure has warmed up to them and they are doing better with him too. He fixed his recliner so the puppies can climb up the footrest and it is a fun game for them!

oh and Cheryl its awfully cold out here now!! I have to up my milage running (yeah, I mean wogging!!) 80 something days till the half marathon :faint:
Goog for you!!! It has turned cold here too. I need to start riding my exercise bike again.

Moo- I love your wuppies  The picture of them playing with Autumn looks like the top puppy is scared...awwwww! I want a little doggie too!

And, I can NOT imagine Don was thrilled about being drug onto the stage for Hoop dee doo! :cool2: I just read that on the TR I was just reading.
Oh, Sukie was having a blast playing with Autumn - she wasn't scared at all! I am looking forward to having Cash home for Christmas and seeing how they all get along. Mari has been taking him to the dog park a lot, so he is pretty well socialized with other dogs and really playful.

I still remember that whole Hoop De Doo visit vividly. It was hilarious. I don't bring it up with Don :rolleyes1

Moo-- Puppies are cute as usually, I know I asked before but do they say that small?
Puppies are usually pretty close to full grown at 6 months, I think, except for filling out a bit. They are 3 1/2 months old now. Jasper has grown quite a bit the last 2 weeks. I think he'll be bigger than Sukie, but not as big as a full-blood Corgi.

How is Buddy doing? I bet he is playful!

Hi, Cel - Sorry you had such a rough day. pixiedust: for Tammy!

Hello to Kay and Kimmie. Long time no see!

/
PJ - I have homework and I don't want to do it! in fact, I think I'll save it for tomorrow.

see what a bad influence you are?

my needlepoint is just too fun!
I'm so weird.

I toadily forgot to ooh and awww over the puppy pics.

Darling puppies Moo!

and I am sure I forgot a bunch of other stuff too...

Hi Utah!

Hi Nab. Just wait for algebra. :3dglasses

I have a foot in my lungs right now. Grasshopper is doing this:banana:

Twink, the puppies are just a placeholder until we have your and MommyP's babies to ooh and ah over!!!

Foot in your lungs? That sounds kinda uncomfortable

Hope you're on the upswing with your cold.

Hi everyone!

I am not in a talkative mood tonight for some reason. Nothing happened today really. Just one of those moods. (which is ironic to say, because I am NOT a talkative person IRL).

But I wanted to say to HI to my virtual sis Kay  Good to see you again Hope to stay busy enough to make ends meets, but have enough time to come around to chat with your friends. It helps, reallly, to have a support system.

Hope everyone who needs to feel better will!.

Love you all!!! :grouphug:

Hi Moo, NAB, UTAH, celery, Twinkie and gang :wave2:

That's right, I did see a few pictures of the tea. That was great. It looked like you were all having a fantastic time. I remember some of you guys were worried that you wouldn't know what to talk about when you met and you'd be shy. I bet you were all chatting like magpies, LOL. I would have loved to join you. I think that's about the only part of the trip I saw from the Moovin' Along thread. I had intended to check in more often and read about all the excitement, but alas. . .

The weather just dropped about 20 degrees here in the last day or two. It was 80 out on Monday and now tonight it's 46 degrees. Brrrrrrr. The trees are belatedly turning colors. I love this time of year.

Twinkie I assume you're all moved into the new house?

celery I hear that you are wasting away (in a good way) and are down to a 16. Wow! Good job! I'm back in pre-vaction diet mode so I can really relate to the sacrifice and suffering!

Night, everyone. I'm sure there were dozens of clever, witty, amusing, useful posts today. Then again, I wouldn't know! Sweet dreams.
:grouphug:

None from me - I am trying to up my post count tho!!

so i'm trying to find clever things to say!! and I hope I'm not repatitive (repeatitive)

Post away, Sandy! I always enjoy your posts

100 MOO HOOTY TO YOU-TY!

Night PJ. Sleep well.

Night, all!

Ok, Cheryl and Celery invited me over here (via UM's TR - hope you don't mind the mild hijack in your TR Wendy;) ), so here I am. I just got back from my dog's Howl O Ween contest at PetSmart. We didn't win, but we were cute. :cutie: My Jack Rat was Thing 1, My Border Collie mix was Thing 2, and I was the Cat in the Hat. Fun was had by all.

Oh, my name is Allie, and I usually am over on Wendy's Peep thread. I have lost 13 lbs. since August, and need to lose that much more. I am running the 5K in AK in Jan. with my DD. I will be 40 next year, and that is an early B'day, Valentine's, Anniversary, etc. gift! :thumbsup2

Hi everyone! :wave2: :flower3:

:welcome: ALLIE!!!!!!!!!!! Glad to have you.

We have several dog lovers over here who I'm sure would love to see your pooches in their Howl O Ween costumes!

I looked at costumes at PetSmart Saturday, but nothing really looked that great for my puppies. I'll have to see if I can come up with some ideas on my own. Or maybe from Mr. Google . . .

Hi Allie. welcome to the Moovers! We are a great bunch of people, just like the Peeps. I lurk over there, as Uma knows, but I am not dieting, so I dont post there. The point of this is, I kind of know a lot of the Peeps since I was there from the beginning, and several Peeps are Moops (does that sound silly or what?)

Anyway, welcome, we are looking forward to getting to know you.

I'll start with introductions I guess.

I am Marita, Disney CM in Finance, 55, with DS 28 and DD 22, an old mutt of a dog and an old cat who thinks she is a a kitten, and an old ferret (hmmm, I feel a theme running here).

OK I have to run now, I am sure we will chat later
