Marita, I am going to a high school football game tomorrow night - a coworker's son's team is playing against my hometown's team and another coworker is one of the coaches. Should be fun to watch. I'll be up for chatting when I get home though.

Yep, that is a Pottery Barn basket I got last Christmas. I'm using it as kind of a puppy gate to keep them out of that corner. The first day they kept going back there.

They have been put to bed. Now I need to head to bed myself. TG tomorrow's Friday!

Yep.....I'm up extree early today. Just couldn't sleep. Stayed up late watching Transformers with DS (although I may or may not have napped a little during the battle scene at the end.)

DD comes down to ask me a question at 2ish and alas...here I am....Taking the quiz again with my alternate answers. This time it was....

Moo....Your babies are so cute. Thanks for pointing out all the stuff in your living room which I would not have noticed otherwise. I need a Pottery Barn basket or something. I'm so tired of hiking over the tall gate that keeps the geriatric doggy in her room. Because the computer is in her room.

Twinkie....My biggest baby was due on Nov. 29 and actually arrived on Nov. 21. May you have the same luck! Oh, no, wait....that's the day before Thanksgiving this year. Scratch that. Not convenient. I hope the baby comes on Nov. 23rd!

NAB....Hope your kitty is OK. We had a paw issue after we had the front claws taken out. You haven't done that have you?

I have general house picking up today. I think it is supposed to be cloudy and yucky tomorrow. The cool front is stalling out on top of us and breaking apart, thus no nicer weather. Just like always.

So we are probably separating copper tomorrow and selling it to make up for this weeks check being low.

I also have a weeks worth of As The World Turns to catch up on and laundry. I better get started.

I hear Kaleb down from the table and I never clean his hands. Yikes.

Morning all,

It is a yucky day here too, thunder and heavy rain earlier but is so nice and warm out.

Lexi-- we didn't de- claw him. We can't when we signed the contract with the shelter we said we wouldn't. My sister had her de-clawed too. They think it is it is cruel and might cause behaviour problems or something. Still limping so I guess we will be going to the vet today. He isn't crying so I will wait for hubby to come home. Hope you catch a nap today....that is to early to get up.

Mommy P-- I just noticed that the bottom half of you family is missing in your siggy. Must be from the new rules....

Moo-- love the puppie pictures. How big will they get or do they stay that size?

Goog Mordding Everbuddy.

My cold which has stayed low level for day decided to step it up a notch in time for the weekend. My eyes itch. My ears are stuffed. My throat hurts. I can't breathe. Whah!

I need to go out to buy DS new shoes and I need some vitamin c drops. Coughing fits trigger morning sickness which I always get in the third trimester as well as the first (and sometimes the second).

Well that was your TMI for the morning.

Ack, Norah is in rare whining form! Hard to be Little Miss Sunshine with a 3 year old who's WHINE button is stuck! So she's banished to her room until she can use her words.

Spongie is taking a BIG road trip later today to Disneyland! They're stopping in Vegas for the night. I'm sure she's frantically trying to do all the last minute stuff...like get the KEY to her BFF who's Cat-sitting and mail-getting. I wonder if she slept at all last night? Because nothing helps you pack better than having no sleep. This really helps with patience and general mood, I find.
I felt like all 4 of my kids were running around in circles confused and dazed as to what they should be doing as I pack and fill up the Suburban to the brim.

Twinkie-- a cold while pregnant is not fun, especially when you can't take anything for it.

Hannah is really warming up to the kitten. She still jumps when he does but she sits and talks to him and and touches him now. That is a good sign. He won't stretch that one paw still I wonder if he got caught on something and pulled at his claw. There was no blood or broken ones we checked. Hubby thinks it might have bruised something. If this was one of the kids we would have taken it to the doctor by now. Hubby wants to wait and see.

UMA-- I thought you were going with them to Disneyland? They must be so excited.

Well I STILL never saw anything about new sig guidelines. I even went and looked for them. I took out the link to my TR and now you can see my family. But I lost my bouncing pumpkin mickey.

I've gotten some laundry folded, and a nap in. lol.

Hope you feel better soon Twinkie! I got very sick around your stage with Ethan. I lost a ton of weight and couldn't even take care of the boys(only 2 then). My Mom kept them for several days because I was totally comatose on the couch. Waking only to go potty. It was not fun. Sickness whoops your buttuskey when you're pregnant. Drink plenty of fluids and call your DR right away if you start running a fever!!

Wendy - Kaleb had issues with his whine button one day this week. If only we could find that durn button and pluck it out.

Nab - I missed that you got a new kitten. Aww! How sweet. Our little devil that we couldn't catch to bring to the animal shelter is now our friendlierish pet outside cat. She and our dog get along famously. You will often find them sleeping a foot apart on the garage floor. It's hill-air-ee-ous.

Luthor - I found that some of the questions on the quiz didn't apply to me at all. I can't remember which one though. I just picked what I thought wouldn't get me a You Are Most Like Malecifent.

Mommy P -- it was changed on Wed. There was a thread Alex had on the CB board. They were going to change everyones to the size it should be so if it didn't fit stuff got cut off. I thought my pluto would have gotten shorter to but didn't.

Now pictures are so small. I loved seeing Steph's pictures of her family on the bus.

Does that mean you are not going to finish your report....

Hello. I'm alive. Carppy week though. Stomach something or other and throwing up for 2 days is really not my idea of fun. I feel a lot better today, but tired. I did make it to school for a half day today which was goog because now I won't have quite as much time to make up. It was Grandparents/Special Friends Day. Basically it was madness and then when all the grandparents left at lunch most of them took their grandkids with them. They weren't supposed to do that. We all of a sudden went from 33 kids to 17.

Since I am the well known Non Reader of Posts I will just say that I didn't read back. I really don't know how I got that reputation.

I dont understand anything technical about computers.....so I am clueless in Maine too....
I have a scratchy throat......and I sneezled too......I am either coming down with a cold or ....or ......allergies.....will find out in a few days.....

I have a half of a floor washed.......thought I saw some chips calling my name so I am eating them.......and will do the other half of the floor in a sec....

sent dh an email and told him to pick up arm and hammer to do laundry....started the washer and put in the fabric softener ball and lo and behold.........no arm and hammer detergent with no smells.......soooooo washer is full of water and clothes......on hold.....

it is so ugly here......dark and dreary day......dog needs to go potty........see ya

Nab - I never saw that thread. You'd think they would make it a sticky. I guess that would make too much sense. I did just go and look for it on the Theme Parks Attractions board. The new rules made no sense at all to me. Glad they auto-fixed it. lol

I also found out that they are putting Christmas lights on the castle for MVMCP this year. How cool! I wish $250 would drop in our laps labled, "to be used for MVMCP" so we could go. LOL!

Oh it gets better than that. The plan is that I and DH without any darling children will go to an establishment where they bring you food. On real plates. And beverages NOT in paper cups. I know!!!!!

What sort of blasphemy is this? I suppose you'll tell me next that they have actual silverware, rather than plastic sporks and a cheesy paper napkin. Really, Twink! What kind of tomfoolery is this????

It didn't show my Disney suitcase that's still sitting in the chair or other assorted flotsam and jetsam lying about. And you'll notice the Pottery Barn basket that is blocking access into a corner.

Heehee, Moo! Flotsam and Jetsam is another set of nicknames I have for Boris and Natasha. Toldya they answer to anything!

Well, so far today I've taken my mom out for breakfast, done the grocery shopping and put it all away, started a load of clothes, loaded and started the dishwasher, and set up several new eBay auctions. Still need to strip all the beds and sweep the first floor. But I'm following Wendy's sage advice and rewarding myself with a few minutes of online playtime. thumbsup2 Thanks, Wendy! Goog call!)

LilL, glad you're feeling a bit better. At least you can use the next coupla days to recuperate.
