No room at DVC, booked a CRO room for 2/8 MM event at Epcot.
received the email invite yesterday
received error messages this AM when I tried to register
Obviously, took screen shots & called MS.
tried a 2nd time with the another browser window I had open, much slower using internet. The phone one on data was much quicker wait time btw.
MS put me on hold & consulted with technical. They had me redo it in the other browser. No go. Said to keep opening a new window & retry.
after 3 more attempts MS got back and said technical fixed the issue. Was able to click thru on 4th at tempt & It went thru fine.

was told there is an internal issue with the process. they are slammed with phone calls.
Suggest all who do encounter issues to take screen shots of your progress.
