There isn't much in the way of sidewalks, but I think there's a nice place you can walk next door to.
How is the food at the Radisson?
The food at the rad is good, they had nice dinner entrees and a reasonable breakfast buffet.

Now,as to Grill's, it has excellent fare, and if you're dining there on the evening of cruise ships leaving, it is great to just watch them go by. But, It's a bit more of the party crowd than family dining, and you have to drive there.
Dave from marietta has good info on his pagbe about dining at the port.

Hi there,
The county has put a nice sidewalk all the way from pass Radisson on down as far as you can walk - Walking to Grill's would be kinda risky since traffic is very heavy and if you believe someone is going to let you walk all the way accross the street without being hit or something else forget it - it is a long way to walk with little ones anyway - Zackery's is nice and they are right next door to the Radisson - Moon Hut too - they have been there for years and have pictures etc of all the astronauts -
If I can be of further help, just drop me a note at snelsonbrown@aol.com
ps there is also manatees at the back of the Radisson - Dave from Marietta has an awesome map for everything, but I don't know how to put his link so will someone do it/
THANKS
Always
Shirley

Here's the link to the area map on Dave's site. Most of the items listed are clickable and will take you to thier menu or a page about them.

Kelsey's wasn't mentioned here but it's right next door to the Radisson too (heading South) and we walked over with our 2 small children; basically you head through the hotel's parking lot.

VERY good food; pizza for DS and spaghetti for DD. It smells SO good when you go in; be prepared!

thanks masonpips...that sounds like a good option for us for dinner. my boys love pizza and pasta -who doesn't :)

If I were staying at the Radisson and didn't have a car, I'd eat at Kelsey's for supper and Zachary's for breakfast.

Food at the Radisson..didn't look so hot, so we opted for grill for lunch and dinner the day we arrived and for breakfast the morning of the cruise...outstanding food and service for all three meals.

We used the internet coupon for 10% off each time.

We can highly recommend Grills!
