It's okay VH, WebmasterKelsie already responded and tried to get the thread back on a happy course. I think it's worked so far, as most of the recent responses have been friendly and happy. I don't want to see you get into any trouble with the mods just for sticking up for me.

Glad things have smoothed out a bit. I was thinking that maybe we could start our own Monty Dog perpetual thread. Sort of like the Tagliarchy or Ya Ya threads.

That way, the Monty fans can always find a place to see him, and the "others" won't have to jump over and around various Monty threads.

Aw, this brought back memories from when my kids were little and we accompanied DH on a business trip. I remember that park and the Swan boats.

I enjoyed seeing it all again from the perspective of that cute little pooch.

Loved the pics of Monty and of Boston. Brings back great memories. BTW we refer to ourselves as Mommy and Daddy to the dog too. I keep telling DH every time a kid grows up and leaves we will get a dog to go into their room.

I love the monty dog threads and I think a monty dog site would be TOO CUTE. I dont hardly ever post but I had to show you support! Some of those pictures were eye poppingly cute!

I agree Dan....Why cant people here just bypass what they dont want to read..I ignore the political posts...Monty Dog is IMHO a welcome part of the DIS Community Board....as are those who dont like reading his posts...but if you have to post negativity like some people here are doing....its just too much. Try to enjoy the DIS...its fun....really..it is! I Love the DIS!

Just another post in support of Monty dog. I guess I just don't understand the fuss. If you like him, read the posts. If you don't, don't. MP is right in that there does seem to be a bit of "picking" going on lately. Some of my fave posters are gone, and it seems like we're in danger of losing more. What purpose is served by being unkind? (And by unkind, I don't mean disagreeing with the poster. I disagree with posters alot. But I don't demean them or make them feel unwelcome.) JMHO.
