That would be my puppy, the crazy jack russell terrier, Monty Dog.

Yup. The last Monty Dog though also entailed a sleepy puppy. I think you're right...I envy his ability to just curl up on a warm blanket and sleep all day while I'm at work...

Monty is terrified of cats (and rats, and mice, and birds, and squirrels and....the list goes on) so he'd take your word that she's vicious.

I think she's just precious...but then, that's how they trick ya!

It's not fair that poor monty Dog has such a rough (ruff!) life! Sleep, eat, do Jack Russell things, sleep, eat, give losta love, get spoiled... Esmerelda you're obviously running him ragged! My three pups sympathize with Monty.....well, they would if they weren't zonked out, too!

I was walking my cocker spaniel Sundance several years ago (he's no longer with us). He was a very, very cute dog.

Anyway - there were two women sitting on a bench when we walked by. One remarked to the other about how cute he was - they were NOT talking to me - they were talking among themselves.

And my dog just stopped and looked at them as if to say "Yes, I'll stop and let you admire me - aren't you lucky." We all laughed.

Lol! This stuff happens often with Monty. We were walking through historical Salem Ma, which is a big tourist place in the fall. There were some tourists from Germany who stopped us and asked if they could take some pictures and videos of him to bring home to show their relatives. We said fine and Monty really hammed it up for the camera. i swear he actually sat and posed for them!
