Montreal to Orlando advice

My son is at university in Montreal. I was looking to help him get to Orlando to join us for a Disney fix, but wondered if anyone had any advice on the Montreal airport and airlines. How do you know where to go through customs? I am seeing folks talk about customs in Montreal vs. Orlando. He will be traveling alone, so I would like to warn him about any issues.

If he doesn't have a stop over anywhere else in Canada, he'll go through customs in Montreal. He just has to follow the signs to his gate and that will take him through customs and security. It's not a big airport and it's not hard to get around.

If he's ever been through Pearson he'll have no problems getting around the Montreal airport. Also, everyone who works at the airport speaks english, so he can always ask questions if he needs to.
