You can see US pricing on Mousesavers - only covers 2016 at the moment.

For the UK there isn't - you just have to price it up.

If you're looking for months where the price is lower, you can always check which times of the year that is recommended to visit the parks as that will be the times with lower crowds. And lower crowds means lower prices as well.
