Monster's inc characters

Where can we find them?! My soon to be three year old (celebrating his 3rd bday on arrival) recently wanted monsters university and instantly fell in love with mike and sully. He watched the original for the first time today and for first time ever sat through an entire movie! Please help... Mike is his favorite character right now about time it's a disney character and not a nick jr one!

Monsters Inc. characters can be found at hollywood studios right by the streets of America/backlot tour. Outside the exit of the AFI. Also the magic kingdom has monsters inc laugh floor. While there aren't any characters there it's a great interactive comedy show.
