Trip recap continued

My sweet niece joined me for a few days of fun.

Our vacation started with a little Horror….LOL





We saw Skeletons on stilts


A vampire ice cream man


A barnacle incrusted ghost from a watery grave


A rabid gerbil in Gorewood Forest…..LOL…not sure what this creature is called.


Some definite gore in Gorewood Forest.


Visited a long forgotten Theatre


Saw a fire breathing Dragon


Cast spells

We entered an Alley were Dark Wizards play


We drank Fishy Green Ale


We kept on guard for spell casting dark wizards


Called the Ministry of Magic in a red phone booth


We saw lady spiders who come out in the dark


We saw a Halloween Pumpkin


Visited a creepy library that sells cookies with pictures of little Vampires






We bought a haunted cake

We saw a caricature of Winfred Sanderson


We were pools divas enjoying cocktails and food







Had dinner at Ruth Chris steak house with my sister and niece. The steak plates are hoooooooooottttttt




We were blended at Jack’s


Niece sat in a hot seat outside the cafe

Went on a tour of the haunted houses and stopped for snacks




Met a scary Santa


And a frightening bird


A skeleton with antlers


Niece enjoyed a cocktail


Went to a store that had Monsters

Had a haunted breakfast at a special donut shop






Visited my kind of boutique








I saw a snowy witches village and a special Castle on a hill.

Wow amazing pics and great report! You are much braver than me with the gore stuff. I’m such a wimp and we ended up hugging the sidewalks and enjoying an empty Wizarding World during HHN. Maybe someday we’ll get more of a nerve up. It did have a fun vibe!

Portofino is one of our favorites as well… probably THE favorite. So beautiful and serene! We stayed there this past August and it was our first UO trip. We instantly fell in love with PBH!

Ate a roasted Ronto for breakfast




Visited an antique store that was out of this world


I saw Han’s ship


Built a Droid I named Drac


I saw a Storm Trooper

I bought a Porg for a sweet little Granddaughter


And a Galactic card game to play


I had coffee and dinner with two lovely Sans family members

I was blown away with all the HHN merchandise this year.



















I had a wonderful vacation at HHN this year. I’am looking forward to HHN 31.
