We actually added a day to our stay so that we could take a day and not do the parks. This is something we always say we are going to do, but never manage to work it in.

We slept in after MVMCP. I got up first so I headed out to do a couple of loads of laundry. After everyone was up, we walked over to Boatwrights for a late breakfast. The food was really good and ds loved the Mickey pancakes. After that dh and ds rented a water mouse. I took a few pictures then headed back to the room to read. After the guys finished up with the water mouse we watched a little tv, then decided to go to the pool. Ds loved the slide. It wasn't nearly as intimidating as the one at BWI or BC, so he was perfectly happy to go down by himself as long as we were waiting near the bottom! ( I was soooo glad because it was a little cool and windy that day--it was pretty chilly going up to the slide. Why does that never bother little kids? )

After several hours at the pool we headed back to the room for showers. Dh called Flying Fish and got a ps for 6:15. We took our car over to the Boardwalk for dinner. The food was great and the service was excellent. After dinner we walked around for a bit then headed back to POR. Ds wanted ice cream so we walked over to the food court for that, and I did a little shopping at Fulton's.

We headed back to the room and called it an early night!

Tomorrow--Epcot
