Just found out the monorail schedule will be altered on the day we go to BOG for 8 AM breakfast. We are staying at the GF. Will watercraft run early enough to get us there?

Maybe.
They also substitute special buses to cover the monorail routes.

We are staying off property and have an 8:00 ADR at BOG as well. Will they be running buses from the TTC at 7:00 since the resort monorail won't be running?

They will be running the boats from the TTC to the MK for early park opening.

When the monorail is down, they do add buses to cover the monorail routes that are closed.

Can you share what you saw about an altered summer monorail schedule, please? Thank you.

From HERE.

Changes... will continue through to July 2015.

During the reduced operating hours of the monorail, additional water craft and bus transportation will be available.

So if we are offsite and have a BOG ressie at 8:05 on Sunday, can we take the Resort Monorail (runs at 7am Sundays) from the TTC to MK?

Why in the world would they reduce the monorail schedule during the busiest part of the year? That just doesn't make any sense.

We have a BOG ADR at 8:15 on a day the MK opens at 9:00 (Wed in june). So that means we'll have to take the bus to MK now?

I am stumped about this too. We have an 8am BOG rez on a Monday when resort monorail service doesn't start until 8:30 and express monorail doesn't run until 9:30am. We are staying at Poly. Will there be water transport, buses, do we walk to TTC for a bus? This seems like a hot mess.

I think it's crazy as well. We are scheduled for a MK tour one morning at 8:30. Thankfully we're at BLT and will walk over instead.

I want to make sure I am understanding this correctly -

on Tuesday, June 9, Epcot has morning EMH that start at 8 am.
but the monorail at Contemporary won't start until 8:30.
And once I get to TTC a few minutes later, I will also have to wait until 9 am for the Epcot beam to start.

Am I reading that correctly?

Also, what kind of alternate transportation options are there to get from Contemporary to Poly?
We have an Ohana breakfast at 7:30 one morning, and this says the resort monorail wont start until 8:30 - but I didn't think there were resort-to-resort buses, so is cab the only option?

What time to the buses start for DHS and AK, and is there a "summer schedule" for buses?

thanking in advance for any clarity you can provide.

We are here now at blt and yes g k t caught off guard and by the monorail for our adr in epcot
we asked how to get there at the concierge desk and they said either a special bus or breakfast mono rail
they couldn't confirm what it was that morning because some one wasn't answeringb t here phone call
so they got us a cab

as for the poly ask and they will tell you what bus to hop on and let the driver know you are going there I belive it was the dhs bus that we let people off at the poly

Best thing I can say is double check with the desk the night before

As you found out, asking at the desk is futile.
The resort CMs know nothing about the bus schedules.
No, I'm not kidding.

If you want to know about transportation while you are at WDW, ask a bus driver.
(Again, I am not kidding.)

The buses to the parks begin rolling every day of the year by about 6:30AM.

If MK happens (on rare occasions) to open at 7AM for EMH, the buses will begin even earlier.

Whenever the monorail has a SCHEDULED shutdown, such as the one being discussed here,
or even an extended unscheduled stoppage, Disney
will dispatch special buses (and sometimes add additional or larger watercraft) to handle the routes normally covered by the monorail.

Contemporary to Poly and back would be by bus.
