Monorail question

We have a 1900 breakfast reserved for March 5th at 10:10. We are staying at BWV. Will the monorail not be working? We can't walk to the GF from MK, can we? Should we just Uber it? Thank you!

You can't walk but you can take a boat. There will also be a bus if the monorail is down. Or save time and Uber.

That is my favorite free boat ride in WDW. MK-GF-POLY-MK....

In this case, Uber/Lyft/taxi would be my choice to get to breakfast at the GF. Much faster and the price won't be bad.
