monorail opening in time for christmas/ new year?

from what i've been reading, the monorail will be opening up dec. 14th. does that mean that's when they'll be entirely done of will they just be using them as one way transportation like they were before they were closed? i'm just curious cause i'll be there for new year's...

I believe they're just reopening it for the big holiday season. There's talk going around that it will be going back down in January/Feb. Check the Disneyland site to make sure before you head to the park.
