Monorail - How early??

Husband and I are staying at the Poly. We have a tour scheduled at EPCOT beginning at 8:15 but are to meet by 8:00 at the Fountain View Building. How early does the monorail start running? Will we be able to take the monorail from the Ticket and Transportation Center to EPCOT in order to be there for the tour by 8:00? If not, what are other options??

Currently, the Epcot Monorail starts at about 7:30AM Tuesday-Sunday,
and starts about 9:00AM on Monday.

If the Epcot monorail is not running early on the day you need it,
there should be a special Epcot Bus running from TTC.

If you feel like you want to spend extra money, you can order a cab, Uber, or (maybe) MinnieVan (Lyft) from the Poly to Epcot.

Thanks!! How do you find out ahead of time what the schedule is? Would they be able to tell us at the Poly or is it posted online? Don't want to wait to last minute only to find out no monorail or no bus.

The when-you-are-there monorail schedules are printed on the "WDW Times Guide."
They are printed about every week and can be picked up at a WDW Resort's Concierge desk.
