Monorail Hours - Early Morning from Poly to MK

During our last Poly stay, the monorail started running at 7am each morning, regardless of park opening time. A search of the transportation boards suggests that either: 1) the resort monorail is running at 7am every day; or 2) the schedule has changed, and the monorail starts running one hour before park opening.

In January, we have an 8:10am ADR at Crystal Palace, we're staying at Poly and MK is opening at 9am. I'd like to be on the monorail by 7:30am so that we have plenty of time to get our our ADR, but I'm concerned about recent reports that suggest the monorail will not start running until 8am (one hour before park opening.) Does that mean boats or buses run earlier? A boat would be fine, but part of the reason we're staying at Poly is to avoid the bus to MK!

AFAIK, nothing has changed in re the Resort Monorail a.m. start-up.

The schedule on the WDW internal web site shows a 7 a.m. start as far out as it's posted, which is the 1st week of January.
