Good Monday Morning Everyone: Time to execise that grey matter

PM me when you have the solution to the following:


Donna and Lou to get together; so they start riding bikes towards each other. They plan to meet halfway. Each is riding at 6 MPH. They live 36 miles apart. (in Lou's worst nightmare) One of them has a flying monkey and it starts flying the instant the friends start traveling. The monkey flies back and forth at 18 MPH between the 2 friends until the friends meet. How far does the monkey travel?



I'm heading to work right now, and will check for TUs when I get there.....
See you in about 1/2 hour...or 20 minutes, depending on whether I fly or bike
