The parks are insanely busy today. Much busier than Sunday. Lots of kids so not sure if it was school trip day or if schools are out in this area

I don't think a lot of schools are out quite yet, but this is the last week when the SoCal ticket offer tickets are valid. So I wouldn't be surprised if there are big crowds as guests use those tickets before they expire.

I was just about to say. The SoCal resident offer ends on Wednesday (5/24) so people may be going to the parks before they expire.

SoCal tickets, but also, schools in the area doing their end of year trips. It isn't just grad nites this time of year.

Its the last few days the discount SoCal tickets are valid. It should be jam packed for a few days.

I'll be there next week and was checking the app for what it was looking like on wait times. I was shocked that RSR was out of FP's by noon. Usually they were available until 2pm.

Local colleges on the semester system are finishing up if they haven't already gotten out, so you may have a lot of families of college graduates.

We saw at least 12-15 school busses from Hemet and Temecula heading west on the 91 this morning. I'm guessing school trips.

it was super duper crowded today...
We were not able to get RSR or soarin.... it was crazy

Yes, people were predicting that this week could be a doozy in the parks. Looks like Mon. proved them right so far.

Darn, I forgot about the SoCal tickets expiring this week. My friend wants to go tomorrow. It's the only day she can go this week and I start a new job next week so I won't be able to go with her on weekdays anymore (she has a SoCal Select AP). Do you think it's not worth it to go tomorrow? Or should we just rope drop and hope for the best?

I think a busy day at DLR is still better than not going to DLR! :goodvibes I would plan on being there at rope drop and then going with the flow. (I glanced at wait times just now and they didn't seem all that bad - not walk on, but not as bad as yesterday.)

Oh boy...I was planning on heading out and surprising my 7 yo with a day there with our family (during school hours - ;))... Maybe this will be an emphasis on Redwoid Creek, parades, fireworks and all the fun things we never do.
