Monday Just Sucked !

Late Sunday night (monday morning) our printer died.

Monday morning figured out our A/C was not working and it was going to be 95 out.

Went to get in the van to go get the part, Nope, Battery Dead.

Something else I blocked from my memory stopped working

Yeah what a great day !!!!!

Thankfully everything has been replaced or fixed.

I feel your pain!
My past 2 Mondays have been awful.
Last Monday we found out that 2 of our 3 God Children (who are moving to California with their parents, our best friends at the end of the month) were exposed to very nasty internet porn when their cousin (who is 13) was visiting 6 weeks ago.
The boys are only 10 and 11 and don't need to have graphic knowledge about any of it. The poor kids were living in fear of telling because their cousin threated to kill them if they told.

This Monday... (after attending a going away party for the friends/god childrend the night before) DH springs on me that our cat had blood in her urrine and would not come out from under the bed. Already emotional I bawled at work and we went home early to bring her to the vet.
(so far she is ok, they think its a UTI, but we are still waiting for the blood work to be sure....)

To top it all off, my Husbands Grandfather is days from passing away, and DH's brother called him to tell him that he is getting a divorce, our Friends got a call (on thursday) that the job that they are moving across the country for is not going to happen, so now they have not jobs and are leaving next week.

It has been a ROUGH couple of weeks.
Ah... it feels good to vent!

Must have been some battery zapping alien running around Monday because mine went dead Monday night too...
Really, it was all my fault, it was raining on the way home and by the time I made it home the sun was back out and I forgot to turn my lights off. Ooops!

That's why I never say, "What's next?" or "Things can't get any worse", because there can always be something else, and yes, it can get worse!
