Here's the final participant FE list:

LordPluto: Me (DH), DW, DS (19), DD (15)
HPW: Me (DW), my mother, DS (10), and DD (7).
Frozen's French Family: Me (DW), DH, DD (10).

If you have not sent me your stateroom(s) numbers, please do so as soon as possible so that I can send out the distribution order/assignment list. Our cruise is 7 days and the assignments will be for day 1 (boarding day) through day 6. The FE gift can be one per stateroom or for each person in the stateroom.

If you have a preference for your assignment days (beginning, middle or end of the cruise), then please let me know asap. Meanwhile, now that we know the final participant list, we can all begin getting our FE gifts together! Assuming that everyone can receive PMs, I will send out the list with the actual assigned dates in the next couple of days (allowing for last minute stateroom updates and any preferences requested.)

Also, anyone interested in an onboard meetup? In the past, we have met up during sail away (while they play music and we wave to the people on land as we sail away from the harbor). It gives us a good casual venue to meet up and chat up at the beg. of the cruise

The idea is to decide which one we choose before Sunday to be able to make related gifts. Our stateroom # will be 7008.

Thanks for the idea! The only meet and greet that I have attended were during Sail Away on one of the top decks so it's great to find out about a variety of locations. By the way, what deck is the main deck bar and what time did you guys meet up?

Let's decide on our FE group name

The following were suggested by Frozen's FF:
1) Pirates of the Mediterranean, -- 4 votes
2) Welcome aboard Sailors!,
3) Pirates of the Western European. -- 1 vote

Since we had no other suggestions, let's vote out of these! Please cast your vote for one of them via PM or on the boards and I will update the list above with the votes.

Also, let's vote on the meet and greet time/place (meet and greet is open to any disboard members whether they are doing FE or not):
1) Sail away party upper deck port side, -- 4 votes
2) Main deck bar by internet stations right before or after sail away.
