Let's decide on our FE group name

The following were suggested by Frozen's FF:
1) Pirates of the Meditarranean,
2) Welcome aboard Sailors!,
3) Pirates of the western European.

Since we had no other suggestions, let's vote out of these! Please cast your vote for one of them via PM or on the boards and I will update the list above with the votes.

Also, let's vote on the meet and greet time/place (meet and greet is open to any disboard members whether they are doing FE or not):
1) Sail away party upper deck port side, or
2) Main deck bar by internet stations right before or after sail away. Again, please PM or vote on the boards.

Just wanted to respond to a question I got via PM. You do not need to make your FE gifts fit the FE group name/theme. This is an option but not a requirement. Hope this answer helps!

Our meet and greet will be at the Sail Away party upper deck port side. I will have a sign that reads Pirates of the Mediterranean - Disboard so look for me with the sign

I received my docs a few weeks ago as well, although I have in the past received them last minute when I was on GTY. Should definitely call them.

I called them - they said they sent them out on the 16th June - I am assuming from the US? Even so it's quite a long time but I have had international mail take 3 weeks before.
He said don't panic, you don't really need them. But as a first time cruiser I really want to have all the info - plus the luggage tags of course!

Oh good! I am glad to hear that they sent them out. I have also had international mail take awhile so hopefully it is right around the corner

The docs is a small spiral booklet that summarises your info/itinenary and the luggage tags are definitely good to have. Let us know when you get them!

We've missed the deadline for joining in on the fish extenders, huh? Sorry, but we just finished booking our cruise last week (hubby is in the military and we can't schedule vacations far-in-advance because of his unpredictable schedule), and being first-time cruisers, I just now found this forum.

Oh, well. Still gonna have a blast, and if there's any chance you guys would let us join in on the FE fun, just let me know. It's just me, the hubby and our 9-year-old son.

Any first time cruisers advice would be most welcome!

Welcome Angela! We are first time cruisers too and so we've decided to give the FE group a miss and just see what everything is about. but I'd certainly like to meet people from these boards if we get a chance to. Hopefully I'll spot you all at the sail away party

Hi Angela!

Yes, the FE group is closed but we still have one participant who has not responded with their stateroom address so we are not sure if they still can participate. PM me and we can discuss further
