DD is 3 1/2 yrs old and has a nice collection of princess dresses (thanks to Craigs List and after halloween sales).

We have talked about which dress she wants to wear to Disneyland for the BBB experience. She said right away she wanted to wear a Minnie Mouse dress. She had a MM dress when she was 12 mths old but that one is a bit small now.:rotfl: So, I think I have convinced her to wear her Sleeping Beauty dress. However, I am wondering if I should pack some of the other dresses in case she wants to wear a couple during our stay.

We will have plenty of room in our luggage to bring a few more so hauling them down there isn't really a concern. I just thought I would check here and see what others experince has been with this. Do your girls want to wear one specific dress or is it fun for them to wear different ones over a few days.

P.S. I am also considering getting her a new (or used!) Minnie Mouse dress since she has expressed such an interest. Maybe she could wear it for Halloween this year too.

When my DD was that age, we brought whatever could fit in the suitcase and that included some non-Disney type dresses, LOL!!! Bring it all and decide later!!!

Yes, bring a few. Also make sure they are not itchy for her, or for you as a person sitting next to her! DD has one that is comfy for her, but the outside has some itchy material and I just can't stand riding next to her. LOL.

My motto....if it fits in the suitcase, it should be brought.

now, how many she will wear, good question... but better to have them and not not need them, then need/want them and not have them.

and disclaimer...this is all in reagards to asuming all "any time/every day" clothes already have room in in suitcase

If you have the room, what could it hurt to bring them? And having more than one would only be good planning in case one of them meets with a errant ice cream cone or drop of ketchup....

My DD4 didn't wear her princess dress at DL but that might have been because we didn't pack it....I had fears of skirts caught in doors and the like. However, she has two older brothers that she had to keep up with, so "Beauty" was in constant non-stop pursuit of her "Beasts"......;)

I say bring shorts and play clothes to relax in as well as lots of princess outfits. The worst thing that could happen is you do not have room in the luggage on the way home. Fedex your dirty laundry, lol. Honestly you can find local places to ship stuff if need be. Why not let her be a princess in her princess dress. Remember happy princess means happy queen mom, lol.
