Moms, I need your help...

Ok, I'm asking mom's because I know that you know what I'm talking about. I need a smoothing undergarment to wear under summer dresses for dinner that is comfortable and affordable. I want enough control that my pooch is under control, but not so much that I can't breath or I'm going to sweat to death!
Who's had good luck finding something like this?

I work for a national teleservice company that takes inbound sales calls. One of the prodcuts that we take calls for is the Dream Body. It looks comfortable, I've never tried, but maybe you could look into that.

You might want to try a dance piece....leotards are now (mostly) made up of moisture wicking, breathable fabrics.....not like they used to be where they were suffocating lycra, no breathing whatsoever.

Or, thinking along the same lines....try a workout leo.....breathable fabric, stretchy, yet covering and supportive.

My vote goes to Spanx. I bought a couple pairs in Chicago at Feline's basement and got them for $11 instead of $38!!! They are fantastic!

I love my Spanx! They do the job without feeling like my stomach is in my lungs! (I have my newest purchase that I am dying to try out but havent wanted to chance with the roads so icey lately. The reversable tights! But it has to stop snowing so I can wear a skirt to work!)

A trick I learned years ago - cut the legs off a pair of control top panty hose and wear under sundresses, shorts, etc!

I bought some Spanx before a Holiday party this year. I liked them, but for the money, I bought a Hanes version at CVS the year before for about $6. They were not quite as comfortable as the Spanx, but the Spanx price was not comfortable for me!!

Now that I hear about the Target version, I will be heading there this week! Ah what you can learn on the DIS...
