I'm not sure if I posted this here yet, please forgive me if it's a repeat.
My mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer back in April. She just finished her first chemo regiment, and we were VERY thankful that the tumor has shrunk enough for surgery. We fully expected 7 more months of intense chemo.
She is having a modified radical mastectomy tomorrow. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
This has been very hard for my family. I work 9 hour days - 10 counting drive time. She cares for my 2 boys for me, and has since my oldest was 7 weeks old. She probably spends more waking hours with them than I do. They are very worried. I'm also worried about not only taking care of her, but taking care of them and being able to work. We'll take any good thoughts you can spare.
