We love the movie Monster's Inc!! How cool that you got to meet Mike and Sully! We still haven't met them yet...I'm sure the boys would love it! Hmm...some more character's I'll have to put on our must-see list for next trip!

It looks like Gabe and Helen really enjoyed Block Party Bash! It's such a fun parade!

What a nice surprise for your parent's...a carriage ride!! I can't wait to see the pictures!

Wow... I didn't realize how many Toy Story things there are to do at DHS! I think you guys must have found them all. I was cracking up at the pictures with Mike & Sully... I even showed DH... They are huge! No wonder Helen didn't quite know how to respond to them. I think I might have been scared!

We ate at H&V - I think it was 11:15.

Thank you Angie! We couldn't possibly skip eating at Pizza Planet!!! Mike and Sully were fun, you have to take the boys to see them next time!! Block Party Blast is a great parade! It will always be on our must see list! Tomorrow I am going over to my mom's and stealing her memory card out of her camera!!

Hi Amy!! Yeah, we stiffed out almost EVERYTHING Toy Story while we were there! I don't think we missed much! The kids, especially Gabe, loved every bit of it!! Yes, Sully is HUGE!!! We have had the movie on before, Helen doesn't exactly sit and watch movies so I think she was not only trying to figure out who it was but how the heck he got so big!!!

Our August trip was kind of a "wouldn't it be fun" trip idea for my mom and me to celebrate her birthday at the happiest place on earth! We talked about it, and it sounded like so much fun that we ended up just booking it! We are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge . It was just supposed to be us girls, but when my brother learned about it, he booked the same dates at WDW for him and his fiance! This trip will be so great, as I only get to see my brother maybe once a year (we live far apart), so being able to spend a whole week with him at WDW is going to be a blast, and it will allow me to get to know his fiance better (I've only met her twice). My hubby can't get the time off from work for this trip, so he'll just have to wait for our 10 year anniversary trip that's coming up in October. I hadn't thought about doing a trip report but, I think I will! Can't wait to read more of your report!

Yes, meeting the TS characters made both my kids day!! It's just as magical for me to see them smile and laugh that way!!

Thank you so much!! Helen doesn't have that much hair so it's always hard to even get it up into a pony!! I don't think I could have planned her expression any better than she did!! It was so fun to meet those guys!!!

How wonderful to be celebrating your mom's birthday AND at AKL!!! We would love to stay there someday so I hope you do a report so I can hear your review!!!! That sounds so nice that your brother and his fiance will be there too!! What a great way to get to know her better! Too bad your hubby can't go but congrats on your 10 year Anniversary this fall and a trip!!! Cory and I will be married 9 years in August and I would LOVE for him to plan us a trip next year!!! (Maybe he gets on the DIS secretly and reads this )

Me too! I cropped a lot of pics, especially ones with the kiddos, I have one pic from Epcot I think I cropped and bordered 5 times!!

Great photo with Donald at TH! Is that when you first get there? Well, at least you were not delayed longer at the airport.

We really enjoyed POFQ when were were there on our first trip. I hope you enjoyed staying there. I really hope my DD crashes too at the hotel. Couple time!! I hope my Dad, who is sharing a room with us, will be willing to give us a bit of time at least once so me and DH can at least go get an adult beverage or go for a walk.

Character Connection: great pictures! I hope DD acts like Gabe did--just runs up to give them a hug! The last photo of the three of you is so precious! You and Gabe look like you were having such a great time. : Poor Helen looks tuckered out. I hope she slept well in the stroller for you.

I love the photopass cd pictures--I am looking forward to taking advantage of that service (did not on our last trip, if it was even available). They are all great but I think the one of Helen first visit is my favorite!

I am pretty sure I am going to be using a backpack too. Did you find it comfortable carrying?

I have to say I am all caught up and I am loving your TR! It looks like you all had such a great time. Gabe just has the biggest grin on his face.
